All-Leather Mountain Hiker boasts handcrafted one-piece, full-grain leather uppers that are
resistant
to
the trail hazards that can wear out inferior boots. The Mountain Hiker II features combination
waterproof leather and AIR 8000™ uppers. Air 8000 is a special laminate with enhanced
waterproof/breathable properties to help keep your feet dry and comfortable in wet conditions. Both
boots will keep your feet dry inside and out, thanks to the 100% waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX®
membrane. Gusseted tongues block out water, scree and debris. And for battling the most rugged
terrain, our Vibram® outsoles handle steep, difficult climbing with incredible ease, and the lug
patterns shed mud and debris with each step.
