"I tried this because I am searching for the most accurate ammo for my 20 inch AR-15 varmint rifle. My groups at 100 yards were half the size of with any other ammo I've tried so far. I was very happy with my sub 1" 10 round group."

"Bought 250 of these a while ago, never used Moly coated before. Used today in Tikka Super Varmint .223 with superb results.
Long ranges were busy, so went to 75 yard as I had put Elite 4200 on and sighting in. After initial rounds, first group had two in same hole and other touching.
On 100 yard, 3 hits in perfect half inch triangle all touching in center. Love this ammo, will buy more."

"I had recently purchased a Savage .223 in a varmint model. Not wanting to reload ammunition immediately, I purchased a box of Black Hills remanufactured ammunitin to try the rifle. I had read good reviews about the ammunition in one of the national gun publications. Upon trying the ammunition, I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy and consistency of the ammo. This was unexpectedly so when one cosiders the economy of the ammo. Cabella's has such a variety of Black Hills loads, especially in the .223 caliber, that I am making plans to return to the store in order to try different loads and calibers."

223 black hills 77 gr sierra moly coated ammo,

"simply the best manufactured ammo, period.
after shooting 40 rounds of wwb through my ar 15 i was so disapointed. i was looking at 4 inch groups at 100 yards. this was after the suggested breaking in and subsequent cleaning ritual ... yeah, it was iron sights but this was supposed to be a competition grade upper unit. i expected better.
i only had the black hills ammo left, so i cleaned the rifle and barrel. i'd read that when shooting moly coated bullets for the first time the barrel needs to spotless so the moly can do its seasoning thing in the bbl.
then i fired 15 rounds of the blackhills 77 gr moly coated on a target. the group started to tighten up a bit. but i was still not thrilled. it was about 2 inches.
i posted a new target, and WOW, the next 10 rounds were covered by a quarter. i posted the next target up and the 10 round group was covered with a nickel. i guess now my barrel is seasoned. also cleaning the bbl was a snap. the third patch came out clean.
this is the only ammo i will shoot now. it is so consistant shot to shot and box to box.
i wish i had access to a 600 yard range.
