"I returned the holster. The spring designed to hold the revolver in the hoslter was so stiff that I was unable to properly seat the piece without prying open the holster with my hands. Once inserted into the holster, it was practically impossible to remove the revolver without taking off the holster and prying it open again. I found that arrangement unacceptable."

"This holster is of good quality and function. Not the finest leather but it is what you should expect for the price. Adustments are quick and easy. My only complaint is the elastic shoulder strap, it would be nice to have it made from leather as well. Overall it is a good holster for the money."

"I was flabbergasted when I opened the package on this item. The leather was not attractive and looked like a pair of patent leather shoes my kids wear. My gun was also hard to un-holster but may get better with time. That is if I ever get it back off the shelf."

"Overall this is a holster that has a good design, adjusts well to most bodies and holds my 51/2" Vaquero safely when bushwhacking all day long. Nevertheless I was rather dissappointed by the leather quality. This holster is fabricated of a kind of spray painted, rather cheap feeling leather which is susceptible to sctratches when beating your way through dense brush. Since these scratches damage the paint layer on the leather, the'll never develop into a nice looking patina. Maybe I am somewhat spoiled by my Redhawk-Bianchi full grain leather holster, which after 15 years of use has a wonderful patina and seems to look even better than when bought new."

"THIS HOLSTER IS EASILY ADJUSTABLE FOR ANY BUILD OF PERSON. THE SPRING CLIP SECURELY HOLDS THE PISTOL HOWEVER IT ALSO MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE MY 7 1/2 INCH BARRELED REVOLVER. IT IS COMFORTABLE CARRYING AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF IT WAS CAPABLE OF BEING SWITHCHED FOR A LEFT HAND SHOOTER."

"I love this holster. I have a Ruger Super Redhawk with a 9 1/2 inch barrel and even though the holster is suppose to work with guns up to 8 1/2 inch barrels, I found it works very well. Just a little hard to remove from the holster very rapidly."
