"This is my second pair, the first being about 6 years old and starting to show some wear. I bought them for their padded sole, since walking barefoot or with only socks on a hard floor bothers my feet. I hope when the new pair wears out that they still make these same Mocs."

"I purchased thes for my cabin in NH. These mocs, if you call them that, are the battleship of mocs. The leather is that of a dress shoe, thick and durable, but yet they fit like a pair of sneakers. Yes, as others have stated, they are a bit slippery on rugs at first, but I am sure after a couple of weeks wear, they will be less-slick. I am stating right now that these mocs will guaranteed give me at least 3-5 years of use based upon their construction!!!!
I gave them 3 stars, but they warrant more after break-in.

"When I ordered them, I didn't realize the soles are leather. Despite that, I put them on, and they fit great. I wouldn't walk on crushed rock or anything with sharp edges, but aside from that, the mocs worked well, they're light-weight, and they look great.
I'm delighted with them. They're just the ticket for "around the campfire" or "at home after the hunt" moc wear."

"These are the most beautiful shoes ever! I ordered a pair because a friend has them and loves them; she's had 3 pairs! When I took them out of the box, I literally gasped--they're that beautiful! However, since I am a woman--and these are men's shoes--I had accidentally ordered a size too small, but they were so beautiful that I KEPT THEM~!!! (that's how badly I didn't want to send them back). I ended up, after having to accept that they were too small, giving them to my 12 year old nephew, who looks very handsome in them. I'm now in what I hope is the correct size; if they're not right, I just don't know what I'll do. I don't think that I could find a shoe that is as good-looking as these shoes--especially at this price! (Don't get me wrong; these don't LOOK like women's shoes; they are obviously men's shoes, but they're the look I wanted). Thanks for all your fine Cabela's products. I am now a huge Cabela's fan!"

"They are great, I would recomment to anyone. I recommend that you scruff up the sole a wee bit unless you are prepared to SLID ACROSS THE FLOOR. When I 1st stepped on our hardwood floor I was imediately as gracefull as a pig on ice, would have made a good one for funniest home videos. WELL WORTH EVER PENNY - GREAT BUY"

"I've worn versions of these mocassins for many years, and keep coming back to them every time I need a new pair of house shoes -- I always take them with me whenever I travel, as well, to wear around the hotel room. They are extremely well made and durable, not to mention ultra comfortable. One criticism: they used to include a sponge insole that made them even more comfortable, but that has been missing during the last couple of years, so I now have to add a pair of insoles to increase the comfort. It's a small price to pay for these outstanding mocs."
