"Very nice looking western theme product. This gun is moved regularly, and the leather padding came unglued after time. Instead of reattaching with super glue, I just put brown felt strips on. Not obvious unless you really look hard. Would buy more when needed."

"I bought these hangers because they looked very rugged and they would complement my rifle.
Well, when I received these hangers, I was surprised that they were smaller than I thought they would be.
I tossed the screws that came with them because of previous reviews. I, also, received only 3 screws. I used 4 other brass screws that I had looked for in my tool box.
When I installed the hangers in my 5th wheel camper, I was surprised at the amount of weight it held as compared to their size.
It held my .45 Big Henry lever action rifle with octagonal barrel. It also looked very good compared to the brass of the middle of the rifle.
I only gave it 3 stars (I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars) because of the size of the hangers and the three screws. Other than that, they look good."

"They are junk, there are no holes in which to put the screws just indentations, if you are placing anything of weight beware. All four screws provided broke in half, they appear to be the cheapest pot metal that can be found.
Hoppes should stick with cleaning products."

"The hangers are excellent, well made, and haeve good appearance. The supplied brass screws are of poor quality. Inasmuch as many people will be screwing them into hardwood, they should be Philios hear rather than slotted. Despite overpiloting these screws, I broke three of them off screwing them into cherry BY HAND, not with a screw gun."
