"I have two young black labs that love to pull and go any which way they want. After purchasing the EZ trainer leash, a walk with my dogs is no longer a thing to be dreaded. After a few pulls they realized that walking would be more benefical to them, and they do not fear the leash in any way. They will actually fetch the leash for a walk."

"I have a Brittany Spaniel that responds to all commands well except "heel". As a result taking him for walks had been a strain on him and me. I decided to try the Mendota lead and it works great. Walks are enjoyable and my Brittany is responding to the training. My Brittany weighs 50 lbs. Perfect fit."

"Good product. I would use a choke chain with my dog at training time and for walks but my labardor would always put ahead of me. With this new leash I got her to heel next to me in minutes. But you must work your dog every day. Don't pull to hard on the leash or you could injure the dog's ribs."

"My owner was hoping this was the anwer to our walking issues. I am a 108 pound dog....should be 75 or so. My manners on walks have some issues. The leash was not meant for a dog as wide as me. It does not have sizes. It also has no loop or place to hold on to at end of leash since it has to be fed around waist as shown in picture on website. It is just awkward to not have a good place to hold on to the leash. It would be great for a well behaved smaller dog, but if they are well behaved do they need the trainer?????"

"Works great, but I didn't realize that it does NOT come with a collar, you have to provide your own. That being said, it is so effective that you have to be VERY careful the first few times you give a correction or the poor dog will jump out of its skin. Did I mention that it really works? (ggggg) I would recommend using it only as long as training is required, then trade it in for a regular lead. The heavy rope is a potential burn hazard, and since you can't knot the end, can easily be pulled from your hand if you use it as a leash without the cinching action."
