"At first wear already comfortable. A bit wider for my feet but with thicker socks just perfect. Very nice for walking the woods you can feel everything and walk very quietly for hunting. Don't hesitate a minute buy it as soon as possible. used it 3 days in row on raining days and still dry inside."

"I bought these boots because my aunt had a pair of boots from a high priced competitor just like these and she loved them. Not wanting to drop the big money, I thought I would give these a try. I ordered my true size, and the sizes seem to run true. I still have enough room to wear a good pair of wool socks without over sizing the boot. I bought the 10" to eliminate the posibility of snow getting in the boot. They are easy to get on and off. The 10" are comfortabel and do not cut into my calves. Speed laces would have been a nice feature, but these do not have them. I have tied nots at the end of the laces to keep them from coming out of the eyelets everytime I put them on and off, and this seems to work well. They are comfortabe and light while still being warm. I have worn them in below zero temps while working outside and they kept me comfortable. Keep in mind I was moving in these temps, I don't believe they would have kept me warm in these temps if I were not moving ( Ice fishing or sitting in a deer stand). They seem to be built well and so far I am happy with them for a general overall winter boot.
My only complaint is that my feet seem to get a bit clamy if I wear them in warm conditions for a lenght of time ( driving with the heat on or walking around a store ). Besides that I am happy and do not regret my purchase.
I have only owned the boots for two months, but so far they seem to be wearing well.
Hope this helps all of you who take these reviews seriously before a purchase, I know I do."

"These boots are great. I've had mine for two years and no problems seem to be durable. Great for stalking and bowhunting, fairly warm but need to wear heavy socks . They have a soft sole so you can feel the ground. Very quiet and comfortable but not great for walking long distances. They are sized a little bit big and need to wear another pair of socks."

"I have been wearing leather topped rubber boots since 1967. Of course the majority of them were the original ones from Maine with the chain tread pattern on the sole. In my opinion these are the most ideal boots that take care of all weather conditions while deer hunting.
I bought a pair of pacs from Cabelas about 10 years ago and was completely satisfied with their wear, durability, and overall value. I bought my most recent pair with the insulated rubber bottoms hoping these will be a good match to the cold days typically encountered in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and late season Illinois deer hunts that I participate in.
Right now I have been wearing them every chance I get to further the break in process. They feel comfortable and the fit is good. Based on my prior pair of Cabela's pacs and what I have seen thus far, I think these should also be just as good. I highly recommend these boots."

"Very comfortable and good support, and my feet require good support and comfort! Excellent quality leather and rubber. Traction is very good, great for hiking with the pups. My shoe size is 9 1/2, returned size 10 and size 9 fits great with plenty of room. Temp has been being 0 and below, and warmth is ok with heavy wool sock, but insulation in top of boot would be good, as the 400 grams insulation is in the footbed. Top of foot can get cool. Sitting still or long exposure would require full insulation. Very pleased."

"Good boots for around the ranch. Spurs fit on them good, and they fit in regular width stirups. With heavy wool sock I wear these boots riding all winter ,and in spring calving season in the mud and the muck. Mine are 3 years old and the only complaint I have with them is that the treads have wore off making them quite slippery. The rest of the boot is still in perfect shape, no cracks in the rubber. Excellent Quality gear from Cabelas. Keep up the good work."
