The internal memory foam construction conforms to your foot and ankle for a snug, custom-like fit. Dual pull loops offer easy on/off. And the 400 grams of Thinsulate? "I'm wearing these boots daily to work on a golf course and they're working out great. The insulation isn't too warm for mild Southeast US fall temps yet on cold days with some good socks my feet stay warm. We've had a very soggy fall and they've been great in the wet conditions. I love that they slip on/off, so easy and convenient."

"I just ordered a new pair of these great boots after 5 years of hard use in my old ones, hate to give em up. Easy on and off, track on boot gives adequate traction, but does not hold mud. Very comfortable, easy clean up. CABELAS, PLEASE MAKE THIS BOOT IN A FULLY INSULATED BOOT INSTEAD OF JUST SOLE. YOU THEN WOULD HAVE THE PERFECT HUNTING BOOT! Thanks, Pico"

Pull up loops too small and flimsy, October 13, 2009

"The quality of the boot is great, with the exception of the pull up loops (which you need to get the boot on). When you want to use the loops, it takes two hands for each loop to be able to open the loop, and then get your finger into it to use it to pull the boot on. This makes getting the boots on very difficult."

"I have used these boots for anything from waterfowl hunting to shoeing horses and I have wore the same pair for 3 years, and believe me the have been used and abused. The sole is so thin from so much use and they are still going strong. these boots are so comfortable that i would rather wear them then any of my other shoes. I am getting ready to order another pair. Can't say enough about them."

"Well made boot that fits comfortably. The elastic gores seem to grip the foot better and allows the boot to easily slip on. I would not use these boots for long distance hiking/walking."

"Great Boots--Used them during torrential downpour at golf course and my feet were dry and toasty warm. Elastic slip on boots keep a comfortable, snug fit. Couldn't ask for a better boot for the money. Light weight also!"

"Excellent quality and fit. The slip-on feature is exactly what I need when up early in the morning dew (or rain) marking a golf course for an upcoming tournament. They are also great for working in the yard or other parts of the property where you need protection from standing water, bogs and tall grass."

"Bought these boots for a trip to the snowy Sierras last week and they worked great. Feet were dry and warm as toast. Bought a similar pair from Cabela's 15 years ago and they finally gave out, but this pair is even better. Elastic sides give firm fit, but easy to slip on while standing. Good rainy season boot too. Excellent product and value!"

Good boots but don't last, March 8, 2009

"I thought I had found the perfect boot. Comfortable, warm and easy to get on and off. However I noticed a crack on the top of one boot where the toe bends, looked at the other one and sure enough it was cracked at the same place. I had not put that many miles on these, as the bottom tread was still in good shape. I had another brand before these, and wore the bottoms down to smooth and never had a cracking problem. Wish I could give these a better rating, but feel that the bottom of the shoe should be the indicator of a worn out boot, not a crack on the top."

"these boots are very comfortable. There is no structural support in the rubber. This is outweighed by the insulation and the comfort. Easy to get on and off. Excellent value for the price. I can wear them all day with no fatigue to my feet."

"For years I've owned footwear similar in style and function offered by another well-known outdoor wear merchant. However, I must say these pull-on boots from Cabelas have surpassed by expectations. The elasticized snug fit of the boot above my ankles required a couple of wearings to get accustomed to but they were otherwise comfortable right out of the box. I was hesitant to purchase the insulated style as our winters here in southwest Alabama aren't normally severe. However, I'm now glad that I did as we've had several spells of very cold weather and my feet stayed warm and dry in these boots. Subsequently, Cabelas customers who live in areas with colder climates should enjoy these boots even more.

As always, buying from Cabelas' was a piece of cake. The boots were on sale at a great price and I had to wait a few extra days for them to be restocked for delivery, but otherwise couldn't be more pleased with the entire process."

"I bought these to replace a 30 year old pair of old school style pacs. They were falling apart, but I couldn't find anything that I was willing to substitute - until I tried these. Fit is great, easy on and off, and after a little break-in, very comfortable. Nice light duty winter boot."

"Overall a great boot. I wear a size 13 and I ordered a 13 so no need to get one size bigger or smaller. The insulatation really help and makes the boot more comfortable to wear. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a boot they can slip in and out of. Easy to wash off because its all leather and rubber."

"Great boots, just the thing for venturing out in cold, snow and wet weather. Slip on and off at the back door with no effort. Ordered correct size to my normal shoe size and fit exactly with the form fitting interior. Not like other boots of the same type manufacture that you have to oder a size smaller and hope they fit."
