"I watched a friend use one of these saws quite some time ago and was impressed. Bought one for myself and one each for my 2 sons. Great saw!!! I recently bought another one for my brother. We carry them camping, 4 wheeling and snow mobiling. Guess that says it all."

"Have had a Wyoming 2 saw before; for the last 15 years. Only reason I bought a new one was because some how I misplaced my other one. I am and have been very satisfied with this product and it has worked beautifully to ield dress and then butcher quite a few bull moose. Cuts wood and willows extreamly well."

Great Saw.....,
February 3, 2009

"I received my Wyoming Saw II and was very impressed..I haven't used mine but helped a friend use his removing horns from a deer. It worked fantastic compared to my old fold up saw. My friend has a more packable , shorter saw then the one I ordered and told me to be sure and get the longer one as I would use it often on elk. It will be one of those special tools I own that I have alot of pride in. Last year on my fold up saw I broke the blade as soon as I started and then bent another blade and gave up...Everyone who owns the wyoming saw loves them..Am now waiting for next years bull."

Very good saw,
February 3, 2009
By Ilikebackstrap

"Very good saw, I bought it for a bone saw and a pack saw for hunting trips. I have used it to cut the skull plate and antlers off my deer, it cut very good fast and straight. I used the wood blade to trim a limb off a tree, and it works very good, very fast agressive blade. I will definitly be takeing it to Colorado with me and I have a feeling that I will love this saw. I think it will be very good for hanging stands and quartering game. I had a hard time chooseing this one over the smaller wyoming saw, this one is a little bigger and a little heavier but it is packable and you get a full stroke, I may wish that I would have bought the smaller one but I don't know. I may have to buy the other one someday and try it out, but I definitly recomend this saw it is a good one."

WYOMING SAW,

By WALLANB

"This is perhaps the best compact saw on the market. Parts are readily accessable for this saw. I have owned one for about 10 years and has used it every fall. The only reason that i bought a new one is because someone stole mine from my truck."

"purchased the wyoming saw as a gift. i own 2 more that are approx. 10 yrs old for my house and camp. they are a great product. the blade does not turn when being used as in other saws. i use the saws on deer during hunting season and hogs in the off season. i have only changed the blade once in one of the saws. breaks down easy for storage. would recomend this saw to everyone."

wyoming saw II,
November 17, 2008
By Mtnchefd

"I really like this product, I bought this for two reasons I need one for work (I cook for a living) and deer season. Have used it at work now 4 times. it's coming with me for deer season. At work....Three times on forty pound batches of beef short ribs and once on a bone-in porkloin. The bone blade is awesome...first one is still sharp....compared to what I was using and commercial NSF bone saws this baby rocks. It cuts thru bone like butter, haven't tried the wood blade. I do like the way it will fit in my pack and the way it breaks down; each peice in a quiet rattle proof pouch, not very practical as a fanny pack, will probablycut off the waist belt part to save weight. Only complaint, is wish they made it out of all stainless steel."

Wyoming Saw II,

By adbm

"Have both the original and the II and both are great products...this packs small and cuts through anything thrown at it. Great for packing and can strap onto your waist...I like the small packing size of the original though. This one is bigger and good for cutting wood but found the original easier to use one bones."

Awesome saw!!,

By dsm14

"This saw is great. What a wonderfully compact and easy to use tool. This saw is worth it's weight in gold. I have processed many deer with this as well as cut shooting lanes and clearing brush from my stands. It packs easily (around the waist) and is light. Don't let the compactness of this saw fool you. It stands up to the task when needed!! This is my second one as I gave my original to a friend who needed one."

Wyoming Saw II,

"I have owned a couple of these over the past few years, would nor be without one. I had to purchase a new one because my last one got left in Alaska on a caribou hunt. Hope who ever finds it puts it to good use. I have cut up more big game with this saw than I can remember, it has never failed me. Can't see anyone with out this piece of field gear. If there is a draw back to it it is a bit akward to carry if you do not have a pack."

"For anyone in the middle of nowhere, this product is a must. It is compact, fits around your waist and your hunting knife will also fit on it. I don't hunt without it. Makes quartering a large animal easy with its thin design. You can remove fallen trees on a trail fast and easily."

Excellant saw,

"I have both the short and long version of this saw. The short version is great to pack and the long version works great as a camp saw. I have cut up deer and elk with both saws and strongly recommend either depending on your application to pack the added weight."

"I just returned from the Adirondacks from a three night trip. The saw worked great. Comes apart and fits in its case so it packs a lot easier than my old bow saw. I bought the larger model and It could still be a little longer for cutting firewood but I was very happy with the way it performed."
