"I thought that I could use it on my cell phone to talk while I was in the car. The jack fits into the cell phone, but the unit doesn't work with it. I can't blame the headset, it wasn't intended to work with cell phones, but it would have been nice if it did!"

"This is a great, inexepensive addition to my Motorola radio. The unit allows me to keep my radio secure in my vest or jacket because it is vitrually hands-free. This is a great tool when we hunt as I can listen to the other hunters I am with through the earpiece without disturbing my surroundings. From what I'm told, the mic is clear and there are no problems hearing me. My complaints are the clip to hold the mic to a vest is pretty weak. I super-glued a stanard office paper clamp to it and that took care of the problem. Also, the earpiece could be shaped differently to fit better in my ear. Again, a great purchase for the price and considering the type of hard-core buck brush drives we push in the Northeast, not much else would fare better."

"The units work well except don't plan on using them in a noisy environment. Loud noise will drown out your voice for the other party. Everything we tried didn't work because it picks up way too much background noise for use around heavy equipment. Quiet environment makes for a good place to use these microphones."

"I can't say enough about the convenience this provides when you are riding a quad or any other ATV. Having the speaker in your year allows you to hear over the noise of the engine. "I have been using this ear bud for a couple a years now and this is my third one. The main reason I use this one is that I have not found any other that will work similarly. I find this is not the easiest to use but it beats having to talk into the radio and I do not miss many conversations since the speaker is right in my ear. I find the microphone button is not the easiest to push. If you are wearing gloves or just do not push hard enough on the button you do not transmit. I think the main reason for this is because the button is so small. Like I said it works but I have been looking for a better solution."

"I bought the head set for archery season, to be able to talk to my partner. Needing both hands for the bow, it allowed me to turn and move in the stand and still be able to talk. The other ear piece products would pop out of your ear or need the aid of one hand. The headset stays tight to your head and ear for clear sound, and the boom mic picks up your voice at a whisper, delivering it as if you were standing next to your partner. With the mic swiveling up and out of the way it is easy for eating or drinking while still being able to hear conversation. It doesn't affect shooting the bow from full draw to release and it maintains its posistion. I say it's a must for the archer or gun hunter who wants to stay in communication with out disturbing the game afoot."
