Best Griddle,

"I purchased the 24 inch model. Best griddle I've ever used. We could cook a complete breakfast, (including pancakes), and keeping complete control of the tempeture of the griddle. Griddle is so eazy to clean, just a little water, clean heavy deposits, wipe clean, and I used the cast iron conditioner. After many uses, it looks like new. Good to go, ready for the next great meal."

"Used it for the first time today and really liked it. No, its not just like the ones at the restaurant but its not 1000's of dollars either. just put it over my regular gas grill and cooked up one heck of a breakfast. the grease drain worked great, possibly because my grill happens to slant towards that corner so it works out well. not perfect, even heating but close, not everything needs to be cooked at the same temp so adjust your food accordingly, that too works out well. It is not lite so dont plan on hauling it up a mountain, its not too heavy to manage either. I will be buying another one for cabin."

"We bought this griddle for our Camp Chef 3 burner grill. We have the double griddle and used it while vacationing at the beach. We had a huge crowd to cook for on a daily basis (16 people) and it made our cooking chores a breeze. We had meals cooked for all 16 of us in 1/3 of the time it used to take us. This baby will cook a large amount of food in no time at all. I would recommend buying the griddle cover to transport the griddle.

"We've had this for a couple of years and have used it a couple of dozen times. Works great, but get very hot in the middle. Wish It was all cast iron. I'm going to weld a baffle over the middle to help distribute the heat better."

Excellant griddle,

"I have tried many griddles before and this one beats them all. If you have to cook for more than 3 people this is the thing to have. I will never use anything else. Lots of cook space and it cooks pretty much evenly for being so large. But remember one thing, it is heavy but that is due to the excellant quality of it, be sure your stove will handle its size and weight. If you want the drip tray to work correctly remember to level it before heating it up so the grease will run towards the front and not the back. Other than that, I would never give mine up till I quit camping and then I would still use it in the backyard.
By the way, it makes you feel like a short order cook in a dinner when you use it, you cook fast and people are not waiting their turn to get their meals cooked."

"I should have ordered a griddle sooner. Went camping a week after recieving the griddle and cooked breakfast for 20 people. It work out great since it turned my 2 burner camp chef stove into a large griddle which made it easier to prepare meals."

"I wish I had purchased this griddle when I got my grill. None of the local stores stock the 18 x 24. It's perfect for a three burner stove. The griddle covers two burners and leaves one burner available for cofee or a pot of grits."

"Works well. I gave it as a gift to a hunting buddy of mine. We had about 15 in our group. We cooked a whole loaf of Texas toast French toast in about 5 minutes. This would have taken about 20 minutes otherwise. Well worth the price."

"I bought the two burner (camp chef stove) version of this griddle last summer for a group camping trip. My intention was to cook breakfast for the crowd. Not only did I cook breakfast for 8 people in a jiffy, but I loved doing it. I was able to do bacon, eggs and hashbrowns at the same time. We also did sausages and hotcakes. I loved using it so much that we left the grills in the back of the trucks and I fried the steaks for dinner. I sure loved using this griddle. It got better with every meal. It is a bit heavy, but what can you expect from a large griddle. If it was light weight it wouldnt hold up. The best griddle Ive ever used. "Order Up"!!!"

"We went camping over the Columbus week end holiday there were 12 people in our groupe. I was incharge of makeing breakfast, bacon, eggs, and home frys. I placed the griddle on the barberque it fit perfect. I was able to cook all of the cooking out side therefore ther was no smells in the camper. I felt like a cheif. This item was one of the best purches that I made."
