Our Astronomical Terrestrial Binoculars are perfect to use instead of a spotting scope. These binoculars offer field of view equal to spotting scopes, but cause less eye fatigue because you are able to use both eyes. Each is drilled to accept a tripod adapter.

Binos,September 30, 2009
By Hman4555from Port Sain Lucie, Florida
"By far for the dollar the best spotting scope for target shooting. No headaches like the the single eyepiece scopes, I get tired enough looking through 12x 42 rifle scopes. I would really like to know who builds this product for Cabela's. I would suspect Bushnell. Anyway nice product but is is heavy, so make sure you but the adapter for the tripod."

50+ yr old eyes need help,July 17, 2009
By WVplinkerfrom WV shooter
"was having trouble at 200+ yds & small target holes. these binocs were the the right item for the right price. i can now see the pattern quickly and adjust appropriately. have carried them for short distances to glass distance, but would pay the guide to carry them a long distance. clarity is very good and using them on a small tripod is the way to go. i do not like taking someones word for the size of the objective."

"So far the binoculars seem great and are far eaiser on my eyes than my spotting scope. Just keep in mind if you are considering buying them, they are huge. For the money I think they are a good deal."

Great pair of binoculars,August 28, 2007
By wildnv1from Nevada
"I have a pair of Barska 15x70 & a pair of 25 year old Celestron 20x80. The Barska are about 1/3 the weight and cost only $70 but The Cabalas 20x80 are so much better than the Barska 15x70 it is not possible to compare the 2. The quality of the Celestron 20x80 is much closer to the Barska 15x70 than the Cabalas 20x80. The full moon at night was much more blurry with the Barska 15x20 and the Celestron 20x80 than the Cabalas 20x80. It is a little blurry looking at the full moon at night compared to my Ziess, but I never expect Ziess quality coating at this price. The Ziess in this test were 10x40 and cost $850 With the Cabalas 20x80 I can read a street sign that is 620 yards a way (2 inch letters on a 3 inch green back groung). The rubber armor coating make it EZ to grab. This is a must have for the people that like to spot game in the open desert."

Best thing out in the BOOK.,February 8, 2007

"I served in the military over seas and used this product every day. The eyes work so less in bright light and was able to see the bad guys much sooner than the were used to. Thanks to Cabela's goods, super touch and took a real beating in the sand and still work great."

"first off we hunt a valley 4 miles across and 9 miles long. the standard practice is 10 hours on the scope to find the animals and go from there. i bought these binoculars hoping they could help in the eye fatigue i normally get using a spotting scope. these binoculars were awesome! from early morning into the late evening. no eye strain. no duck tape over the other eyelid. it was great! LOVED THEM."
