"I definitely feel better about taking my dog out for outdoor adventures now that I have this kit.
However, it would be more useful if it came with some sort of list telling you what everything is and what it is for.
I haven't the slightest idea what a couple things are in there or how/when they would be used.
Just a thought..."

"I like the compact size yet big enough to hold a tube of EMT Gel and EMT Spray and all the other first aid stuff included in the kit. Well constructed. Goes with me when I go into the hills and mountains with my Labs. Easy to pack."

"I haven't had to use it yet thank God, but it is a nice compact first aid kit that fits right in the pocket of my hunting vest. It has a good assortment that should help your hunting buddy make it until you can get to a vet should the need arise. I would recommend this kit for anyone with a dog, hunter or not."

"This kit is just what I needed. During a recent hunting trip to Kansas one of my hunting partner's dogs tore a huge gash in her front leg that eventually required 9 stiches. As we were several miles from the truck at that point, it was a good thing that I had the kit tucked away in the corner of my game bag.
This kit has everything one might need to field dress any wound a dog, or human for that matter, might receive and as I noted earlier the kit tucks into the corner of my game bag. I am not aware that I am carrying it at all. The only thing I have added to the kit is a tube of EMT gel for paw pad injuries."

Canine Cammo Fist Aid Kit worked for me,

"I was hunting pheasants and my pointer tracked and picked up a wounded pheasant. When she came back with it there was a lot of blood and I figured it was pheasant blood. It was my dog's lower lip that had really been sliced and torn by the rooster's spur and/or claws. It must have hit a pretty large blood vessel.
I used the gauze and white tape and taped it real tight and headed home. My friend is a small animal vet and he gave her two stitches.
I don't know what I would have done without the kit. Our dogs always seem to get into something. Last year it was barbed wire. What a mess. I'd strongly recommend that every hunter carry a first aid kit for their dog It's a good investment and this one worked fine for me. I'd recommend it."

"Just what the Doctor Orderd. I talked to our local Vet. and he recomended that I carry a dog first aid kit when I go into the field with my 6 month old ch. lab Ruger. I showed him this kit and he said that it is exactly what he would have in his own kit. Thank you for such a great product.

"My dogs are very valuable to me. When hunting far from the vehicle and my larger first aid kit, there is sometimes a need for immediate first aid. This first aid kit is fairly comprehensive, yet small enough to fit in a pocket of my hunting vest so it is always available. It does give peace of mind to know that one is prepared for emergencies. "I never go afield without it - and I mean "afield". It's the only kit I've found that is sized to fit in your hunting vest or coat pocket and actually go with you into the field, where you need it most. Weighs about 7 oz. so you don't get weighed down and it's loaded with the supplies you need for field emergencies. Very satisfied customer."
