Snugly fits Cabela's 1851 Confederate Colt .44,March 24, 2009
By doggydevilfrom Whidbey Island, Washington
"I'm buying 2 more holsters. The holster also nicely accomodates the mid 70's CVA .36 cal. 1851 Navy Colt I bought new but never found worthy leather for it until now. The retaining strap fits over the trigger guard with minimal stretch the first time you holster it. I think I will soak the interior of the hoster with WD40 to make it form fit and more supple, easier on the metal's finish."

other holster uses,April 23, 2007
By tarsuFanfrom prattville,Al
"I was looking for a holster to fit my Tarsus (the judge) cal 45/410 with a 7 1/2 inch barrel the holster fit like a glove. The barrel of the tarsus is 6 1/2 but the cylinder is about an inch only then normal so when ordering make sure that it will hold a pistlol with an 7 1/2 inch barrel. the army/navy works great. I took the holster to the store were the tarsus was purchased and he said that it would be a great saling point for tarsus's new Thr Judge."
