"These are great!!! I keep many of these packages on hand for hunting and I bring enough to share with my fellow hunters at camp. I prefer these to the handheld heaters that run on fuel. They work great and I keep extras in my survival kit and I also used them during the winter when sitting in the stands watching Boise State College football."

"These things helped me to survive m Wood Badge, Scout Leaders training. We had to stay out in tents over a 2 week period, and survive Nebraska weather changes. 1st week beautiful 60 degrees, second week terrible. 40 mile north wind, some rain, and below freezing temps. I'm always cold anyway. and because of some health issues if I don't get any sleep I can't motivate the next day. with 2 hand warmers in my sleeping bag, I was good to go. and 6 on the real bad cold night. so cold my water in canteen froze., but I was toasty. my habd warmers were 12 hour, so instead of wasting them I stuck one in each of my jean, and uniform pockets, and were good for the day, no problem. I gave some to my daughter for a girlscout outing last week-end, we got 4 inches snow that week-end. If I could afford I would make sure the scout troop would have a couple of cases in our supplys for winter camping.
Are these ok to pour out on the ground when there is no more heat going?"

"This is the only product that keeps my feet warm in cold, cold rinks watching my kids play hockey. They last for hours and hours. They are easy to use and easy to carry. My kids wear them during hockey games and tournaments in their skates. I recommend 110%. The only drawback is you cannot turn them off once the package is open. I also use them for loading my pottery kilns during -20 in a building with no heat! I have been telling my friends about them and passing them around the rinks! I also bought the battery socks and they work well but are just a little awkward because of the battery cord and the large batteries required. My feet sincerely thank you for this great product."

"I tried a lot of ways to keep my feet warm during cold weather hunts, without much success. Then I found these new Toe Warmers. Previous products simply didn't get sufficient air circulation to activate the chemicals, but that is not the case with these. The adhesive strips make it easy to place Toe Warmers right where you want them (I prefer them on top of my toes) and they get just hot enough to provide continuous comfort without making my feet sweat. I have bought several more and have recommended them to many friends (all of whom are equally satisfied)."

"The 12 Hr warmer is a great product. My hands get cold outside even in 50 degree weather. We spent 12 days in France in December and we walked all over Paris, but for those 12 hr warmers I would have been miserably cold. Kept my Virgin hands warm in record Colorado cold,December 15, 2008

"I'm from the United States Virgin Islands, and have "thin blood." I have hunted elk, deer, pheasant, quail, dove, duck and goose in varying temperature conditions. Heading for a Colorado goose hunt in December, 2008 I knew I might need something "extra" to keep my hands and toes warm. I'd never used hand or toe warmers, and so looked for guidance and spoke with a Cabela's Product Specialist. Wow, was I right in that decision and with his guidance, the decision to use these hand warmers. I hit Colorado record low temps of +7 to -17 degrees, on 12.13 & 12.14.2008, in a goose pit. They fit perfectly inside my Cabela's GORE-TEX® Pinnacle Gloves Item:XJ-921909. Thank you Cabela's for having product specialists that know what they are doing. Me, I won't leave home without either of them, and I'm off today for whitetail and ducks in Mississippi, and then dove and duck in Molino, Florida. I'll use them in any cold venue, not just for hunting."

"As a veteran ski racer mom, I will tell you these toe warmers do work. They do not last six hours- usually more like 4 or 5. I remove them from the packaging ,shake them a little, then apply on the inner top side of ski boots, just above the toe area. As others have mentioned, positioning them under the toe is not comfortable. The warmers tend to bunch up and harden. These also work better in gloves than the handwarmers due to the adhesive backing. Some warmers are warmer than others and the glove wearer may require glove liners for comfort. My daughter once put a toewarmer in her pocket to keep her skittles from freezing!"

"I was especially pleased with the hand warmers, that by the way are made in the USA, as they actually lasted 7-8 hours for me.
i used the the toe warmers a couple of times this season when the weather was around 20 degrees and they worked fine as well. I did not opt to use them in warmer weather because the quality of my boots would cause the warmers to make my feet sweat."
