"I was catching a lot of flak about this call from the grizzled vet'rans in my group in Saskatchewan last year.
Once we got out to the potholes, this thing worked so well that they left me alone and actually asked for more. They were really surprised.
You can operate it one-handed and out of sight from above. It just takes some good wrist action -- which, of course, opens you up to other smart remarks, but you can't have everything...
It produces the difficult-to-master feeding call very effectively, even for a novice. If you have ever suffered through a hunting buddy doing the feed call badly -- and, most people do it badly -- this call if for you."

"You don't have to be a Pro to shake this little call. It sounds ALLOT more realistic than some of the guys I hunt with trying to blow calls that actually DRIVE THE DUCKS AWAY! Most of these people need to THROW AWAY what they blow on & GET ONE OF THESE!"

"This call works very effectively if you know how to use it. My friend Dave and I and the rest of the crew used this for the first time in the blind this year, and with a combo of just me quacking and him shakin it, it was the best hunt i had all of the 2006 season at Reelfoot Lake. But, then I bought one for my dad for Christmas, ( because he cant blow a real call) and it shipped on time and sounded good, but he cant really shake it as good as it could be. But over all a good call, worth the money, and you will definitly need to practice with it..."

Can't get him to stop,November 21, 2006

"I bought this call for my son (age 10). He loves it. I have to take it away at times because he won't stop shaking it. It sounds okay, with the best sound a feeding type. Still new to me, and like every call, will take time to get used to it. Well worth the money for my son."
