"This by far is one of those products that you can't believe everyone who cooks doesn't have.I even use it on salmon fillets.It is outstanding for use with marinades.And for making inexpensive cuts of meat shine.I even use it on corn beef roasts.The only thing that's important to note is ....Clean it immediately....... makes your life easier !

"I have used this product for the past several years and just gave one as a gift. With the price of beef, I always use the Jaccard Meat Tenderizer to ensure all our beef meals are enjoyable. It works on beef,, pork, and all 4 legged game (mostly moose) animals. I use the Meat Tenderizer on all sides of the meat. I sprinkle on my seasoning and then tenderize, thus getting much of the seasoning deep into the meat."

"WOW!!! I never knew deer could be so tender without being beat to a mush. The other buyers werent exaggerating when they said your meat could be "FORK TENDER". I fried deer tenderloin in an iron skillet with just a couple pats of butter and the meat came out tender enough to cut with a fork! I know it sounds unbelievable but it gets even better! My deer steaks had the same consistancy as a thick cut of beef steak but so tender that your 1yr old child or 100yr old grandparent could chew it with ease.I just cant wait to try this little gadget on duck!! It really isn't that hard to clean. Just fill the gaurd with water, a little soap and put the tenderizer in it until you'r ready to wash. What little that stays on the blades just falls away with little effort."

"This tenderizer is amazingly easy to use. You can make it as tender as you want it. I was a little over zealous the first time & the stew meat ended up having the consistency of hamburger. Works great & you can take it anywhere."

"It is not that I dont like the product. It just does not work very well with the amount of blades it has on it. I would recommend if someone is thinking of purchasing this item that they buy the upgraded item. I have used it before. Im not sure why I purchased the smaller one."
