"Product is built of poor quality. Bent feet first time I pressed it in soft ground. When I cocked it back, metal arms seem to be bending already only fired about 45 skeet out of it."

"I strongly do not recommend to by this item spring holding bolt broke off , first time I used.. I fixed, next time locking “disc” came off and hole thing fell a part, frame I very flimsy, and its very easy to bend this when you trying to step it down in to the ground. I have some problem with this every time I went shooting, save money and frustration buy something else."

"I purchased this little trap thrower and mounted it to the spare tire for my boat trailer. I extended the string length and put a large tie-wrap on the end of it so I could put my right foot in the loop to release the trap. The little clay pigeon thrower works perfectly with this setup, and I can go out an practice anytime by myself. The thrower can get the birds out to 50-60 yards."

"Only used it once so far. I mounted mine to a small piece of plywood to help keep it on the ground after reading other reviews, and it seemed to work great. Does not throw two clays at a time very well, but one at a time it works great. Much better than any hand thrower. My first time using it I put over 100 clays through it and it functioned great every pull."

"I am not a weekend worrior, simply a weekend warrior. This throws pigeons very far. One thing you will want to do is use loctite on the bolts. The string is kind of flimsy. It is not a big deal to replace. I've put about 6 boxes of pigeons through it and the only problem is the string"

"Great for the money, I have not used this product yet, the problem I see is the stakes not holding the devise down. ( I put it together and made sure it operates correctly) Solution drill holes on each end where the edges go into the ground, put the stakes in all the way to the ground and clip them into the holes you drilled, then step on each edge pushing it down further, seems to fix the problem."

"After getting permission from the "High Command" to purchase a new shotgun, I went all out and bought a semi-auto. Ofcourse, after getting the shotgun, I needed all the gear and gizmos that go with it. So what was supposed to be a simple shotgun purchase, has turned into a full out aquisition frenzy!
One of the best purchases that I made was the Do-All Competitor trap thrower. Since I like to fill up the magazine tube, with one in chamber, the ability to load up multiple clays on the Competitor increases the challenge and the fun.
Also, since I live in Northern Nevada, the strong winds make throwing the clays by hand extremely difficult. However, with the Competitor, it is easily adjustable so that no matter how strong the wind blows, I have perfectly thrown clays every time."
