Pretty good,
October 27, 2009
By MagnumXXL
|
"This product seems to be pretty good for what it is. Don't expect to leave it out in harsh weather or take a lot of abuse. It is just a cover up and that is all. My dog ripped it with her hind paws but then she used it as her exit from the blind. Lightweight but good concealment."

Blind Material,
January 26, 2009
By OBXer

"I have a Triumph boat so the Avery blinds won't work for me. I constructed a frame out of PVC conduit and needed camo fabric to finish the job. It's a little early to know how it's going to hold up but so far so good and it's working great on my boat."

good blind,

"the blind material has a great camo pattern (max 4) for duck hunting, i use it for a blind kit on my boat works great in any back round .ducks come right in and its easy to see out.the only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because the material its self is very week it rips very easily.i do not recommend using it on windy days, but if your careful you can get 2 seasons out of it.for the price i think its worth it."

"The material is great, however the max 4 hd camo pattern does not match any of my max 4 hd and i'm not sure why. However it still is a nice product and will work great as camo material, just plan on it looking different."

"Made my boat blind out of this stuff this year and it looks good, will be trying it out in the California delta for duck and geese. It fit nicely around my 13 foot boat and had enough to cover my motor."

use indoors only,

"I purchased this camo material and placed it in the weather to get the smell out . Iwent to pick it up 2 months later and it fell apart in my hands . toilet paper is stronger than this after 2 months use.I would not reccomend this product unless you hunt indoors . the leftover piece in my closet is doing fine."

"Does not hold up whatsoever. Very disappointed in this. Didn't last a week on my blind. Succeptable to wind and moisture. I expected more from Cabelas. First bad product I have had from them. Hope they take it off the shelf."

does the job,
December 30, 2007
By zappit
from NH
|
"It does a good job if you're against a natural back ground. It doesn't do well if the sun shines on you, the material is too thin and the ducks can clearly see you inside the blind. The material is quite sturdy. I was somewhat disappointed at first to see that it was cut, but in windy days it is better that way and the ducks don't seem to care."

boat blind,
October 29, 2007
By RJK20
from Red Bluff, Ca
|
"I bought this for a boat blind I was making it worked out awesome. the diecuts are small enough that any unnatural cover in the boat didnt show through and a bit of brush up with the natural cover of the area each time to conceal the hard lines of the boat blind and we were killing ducks in no time the only thing that I had a problem with is the place we hunted opening day of northern california season had too much green still around for the max 4 HD pattern. We still had birds decoying and almost had 2 mallards run into the boat at first light they set down within 5 ft of the boat!!"

Duck Blind Material,
October 16, 2007
By Stogie
from Southeast NM.
|
"Have only used it a couple of times to camo my 20' Ranger Bass Boat for duck hunting. Holds up well and stays in place with little fastening. It would be better if it was a wider piece so I have to double it or use two. It is light weight, easy to open, and easy to roll tightly for storage."

Hunter's Friend,
November 25, 2006
By ducker1
from White Bear Lake, MN
|
"I have purchased this blind material in the past. It has stood up so well to the elements that I just leave it up year around in a permanent blind on private property. If you want to add real material to it you just slide reeds, stalks, what ever you need to customize your blind into the punched holes in the material. Since this material is not burlap or natural product it will not rot or deteriorate from rain and weather, it will last a very long time. May be cut to size with just a scissors."

"I am concerned how the material will hold up it seem to tear fairly easy once it is applied to a surface. I like the color of the material and the little notches that stick up. It looks very good from the air when we flew over it."
