"This is the third one I have purchased, since you should replace yearly and I have my Mr. Heater for four years now. It is one of the best investments I've ever made. This keeps the heater running like new by filtering the propane for any impurities. I use it to heat my 20x24 foot garage and it does a great job. In winter can work in short sleeves in the garage."

"If you connect your heater to big bottles with a hose, this is a must have because it stops the small ports from plugging in the heater from particles in the older big tanks. (rust and scale)"

"the filter worked great. I also purchased a deluxe shower tent. the biggest one you sell. great tent but the rain fly now has two broke windows from the use on the mt. Is there a chance a guy could get another one don,t want to give up mthe tent. great product.showered aaat 19 degrees with the heater and zodi thanks willy"

"I can only give this 3 stars as I had to purchase it for peace of mind when connecting my big buddy to a bulk tank for two weeks of hunting. The instructions "strongly suggested" that this filter be attached for connecting to a bulk tank. As I don't want any problems in sub-freezing weather for two weeks, I made the additional purchase, it should be included in the accessory hose kit."

"If you spend the money to buy this nice heater, you have to buy the propane filter to extend it's life, protect the infared heating element and ensure proper starting. It should be included but isn't so buy it or you will be sorry based on the National reviews I read on this. I have zero issues with mine and it was money well speant. You change the oil in your car/truck right? You brush your teeth? Buy and use a propane filter....its a no brainer and a must have or your heater will become challenged with time."

"I bought a two pack of these filters for my Mr. Heater Buddy to use with a large propane bottle and 12ft extended hose. The filter was very easy to attach to the hose and heater, no leaks and is still working great.
I would recommend purchasing and using this filter to anyone who is going to upgrade to a large propane bottle as it will extend the life of the heater."
