Not the best on the market.,November 18, 2008

"I've had mine for just over a year now and I would rate it average at best. It does a great job of keep the gun dry, and it has no problem floating it. That is where the positives end. The first big problem is that it is very difficult to dry out, I ended up getting a large cardboard tube and putting it in there to keep it open enough to let it dry out.
The second problem I have with it is the placement of the shoulder strap, its set up to carry your gun horizonally over your shoulder, parallel with the ground. Carrying it on your back like a shoulder sling is difficult.
The biggest problem I've had with it is in the exterrior shell. It is not very durable. Where the end flap bends over to seal the gun, the case has cracked pretty bad. Also I've had both hand carry straps rip away from the lining. At this point the gun case still floats, but is no longer waterproof. That is just after just over a year."

"this case was built for a shotgun, not a scoped rifle. It would be nice to find one designed for a rifle to hunt the coastal areas of alaska in a boat. the salt water is hard on the equipment and a good case really helps"

"Over allI would recommend this product to friends or family. The quality of the case and size that fits all my guns. I tried it out and it does float. I tie a extra string to the case and me incase I loose hold of the case. The strap on the case is poorly designed and broke the first day out on the water. My overall rating of the case is a 4 because of the strap on the case"

"I have been hunting with this case for 2 seasons and have found it to perform very well so far. Benefits include it's extremely effective water proof design; it really does keep your gun dry. It's held up very well now and has taken a lot of abuse (in and out of boats, blinds, dogs stepping on it, etc.) The only downside I've experienced is that the lining can sometime catch on the bolt slide of the gun, but overall this really doesn't happen frequently or cause any issues.
Great case for the money, especially if you're looking for a truly waterproof case."

"This was one of the best floating gun cases that I had ever owned. Until the shoulder strap ripped out. The strapped ripped all the way up to the top. I was able to take it back to the store in hopes of a replacement, but unfortunately they discontinued carrying it. I can see why, obviously someone else was having troubles with them."

"I used this case for this past hunting season and it worked great especially knowing that if it fell over it would float and stay dry. When we hosed it down it got wet in the inside and the good thing about that is that the liner comes out and the best way to get the liner back in is to use a dowel or end of a broom,shovel, etc. On other gun cases ive seen that float the liner inside doesent come out so i would deffinetly get this case over many of the other cases."
