"These are great in the cold weather. I just used them Cabela's wool socks in the great cold of UP Michigan snowmobiling on a five safari and my feet stayed comfy. A plus."

"This liner really does keep my feet dry and warm. I used to wear a regular tube sock and a wool sock in my winter boots. My feet would always sweat and then get cold. I have switched to this liner and a heavy wool sock and my feet have never been dryer or warmer. I give the credit to the liner not the wool sock and boots. Dryness is important when standing still or the toes get cold.
I wish I had gotten a size bigger. But that's my fault."

"Great sock ,replaces the silk liners I have been using for years.Feels good on my feet for 10to 13 hours a day. I use them in my waders as well with another pair of heavy socks and am comfortable in 45 degree water. Last longer tan the silks with this heavy type of use."

"I hunted 3rd season for Elk and Muleys in Colorado this year and put on a lot of miles. These lines with good Cabela socks kept my feet feeling great. No blisters and all the sweat was wicked away. I bought 2 more for myself and 2 for my son for Wiscinsin's deer season."

They won't stay up,

"Good thin liner socks. Nice to wear by themselves, too.
Warm for a thin sock, but they won't stay up. The tops slide down around your ankles. Perhaps if they came up higher on your calves it would solve the problem. More elastic in the tops is not the answer - that would just cut off circulation to your feet."

I've used these liners under conditions from warm season pronghorn hunting, to hunting bear or goat in SE Alaska to fly fishing in cold mountain streames to hunting deer and birds in deep snow. I use these liners for all seasons and just vary my outer socks and boots depending upon conditions."

"Used these exclusively on a ten day elk hunt. Socks were very effective in keeping the moisture wicked away from my feet. Worked from 100 degrees in the desert when used alone to 25 degrees in snow on the mountain when coupled with a heavier outer sock. Great product."
