"I purchased these socks to use while snowmobiling. They were perfect. They kept my feet dry with no moisture at all. Definitely have to wear a warmer pair over, but they did their job by keeping my feet totally dry."

"I have an annual elk hunt in Colorado every Oct and have noticed that for the past several years that I was heading back to the cabin earlier than I would have liked due of cold feet. Well let me tell you what, after trying everything under the sun, I finally tried these simple little thin sock liners. I'll be honest, I was not expecting much but boy was I suprised. I hunted longer and never once even got cool feet much less cold. I will say though, that you guys with big calves might have a problem. As mentioned in other reviews, they were snug around my legs and my legs aren't all that big. Thanks Cableas for a very good product."

"Awesome liner socks! I do air conditioning work, and spend many days on a hot black roof, so my feet get plenty hot. Gotta wear real work boots, which makes it worse. I wear them under good wool socks, and find that they wick the moisture very well & keep my feet much dryer than without them. Another must have is the boot dryer Cabela's sells! Happy feet for all seasons."

"before i put the liner socks on i didn't think they would do any good. i was wrong those and the wool socks did a fine job of keeping my feet warm and dry"

"When you layer your socks these work great for the underneath pair. They allow top socks to smoothly glide over the top. My feet stayed warmer."

"I got these socks for my husband for Christmas. His feet are always cold. He sustained major damage to his foot in an accident and ever since the circulation has not been good so that foot is always cold. He is amazed by these socks. He says his feet are warm and dry and he just loves them. He does not give compliments easily. So they must be great."

"XL is not bigger only longer in the foot. The top is very small and tight. It only goes crew sock lenght after streaching out to go over my ankles."

"I have used these for 2 seasons now and they are great. I have the Outfitter heavy wool socks that I also use and my feet are plenty warm despite cold weather. My feet perspire heavily and the thermax wicks like no other material. The feel of these socks is more like 'cotton' compared to the Cool-max liner socks. Great liner socks"
