"Team these up with the Ingenius wool socks and you're set! Sizes to run weird, I'm a 10 and ordered XL, the foot part is larger but it works out fine. maybe the large would have worked?? These socks were completly dry while wickening my sweat to the wool socks which we damp. Dry feet=warm feet!!"

Material is great ... recomend over calf though.,
December 16, 2008
By dec2000
from Indiana
|
"I bought these socks as a liner. The material is excellent. Great at wicking away moisture to provide a warm base. I'm not fond of over the calf socks, so I went mid-calf. These are the shortest mid-calf sock I've ever seen. They don't stay up well because they are so short. So, I'm giving them a great review based on the materials, but stopped short of 5 stars because of how short they are. I'm going to try the over the calf next time. If these were a couple inches longer I would give them a 5 star."

"Just like just about every other Cabela's product these don't dissapoint and work great. Keep feet cold even in -10 degree weather but the correct boots are required as well. But they work great for walking all day in the fields pheasant hunting which is what I bought them for."

"If your body doesn't like polypropolene liners, try these. I have in the past developed a minor rash with other liners, but not these. Thermax is a great synthetic and works even better with a good wool sock over them."

Excellent 1st layer sock,
January 31, 2008
By whitelake

"When I first received I was concerned with how thin the material was. Now after numerous wearings I am very pleased with how well they perform and hold up. They really wick away the moisture. Good trail sock in the hottest days of summer and great as the 1st layer in winter."

Liner Socks,
November 11, 2007
By Newbie
from Harbor City, CA
|
"These liner socks are must. They do exactly what they say they do. My feet stayed dry and warm. The only thing wrong with them is the sizes run small. If you wear a medium you should order the extra large. I would recomend them as long as you keep the sizing in mind."

No Cold Feet,
November 13, 2006
By Reel
from Deerfield, WI
|
"Most folks get cold feet whle spending long our in the woods. If you get cold feet, this is the first step to stayin' toasty all day long. Most often cold feet is caused from sweaty feet while walking to your stand. The sweat, ie.. moisture then cools and makes your feet much colder than if they were dry. This sock worn directly against the skin, topped with a good scent lok sock or wool sock is a sure ticket to a warm successful day afield."
