"I've used these batteries with our wireless dog containment system for 3 years, and find that the batteries only last 2-3 months at most on the collar device. At the price of the batteries I would expect them to last much longer."

"These batteries do not last near as long as they should. The only good thing is they as very easy to replace. I calculate that I will need about 15 batteries per year at the rate I have been using them."

"I searched the internet and Cabelas had the best price. It's a good idea to buy more than one so you always have a backup. The battery life I thought would be longer but it is between 2-3 months only. Love the whole system. Easy set up and our dogs learned the boundary line fast."

"We all LOVE our dogs but some dogs just LOVE to Bark. Well the SportDOG Brand Bark Collar is just what you need to make man's best friend continue to be man's best friend. Just put this collar on and away go your sleepless nights. When your dog wants to howl at the moon it just gives him a little shock to say "Hey Don't do that". The batteries that come with the collar last about 6 months if you need replacements they come in a 2 pack and are super easy to install. Just grab a quarter spin the current battery off and but the new one in. Licky Split you done. GREAT BUY!!!"
