Rem. 1100 Perfect Fit,

"I got this stock today and it took all of 5 minutes to install with no modifications. I don't know why they say it doesn't fit guns made prior to 1986. I have a 1972 Model 1100 and it fit like a glove. Just remember to remove the metal spacer between the stock and receiver. It even has the detent ball on the end of the forearm which locks the nut in place. I highly recommend this stock."

"The forend fits great. The stock is about .1 of an inch to long and will need to be ground down to fit correctly. Good color and feel-shoots fine"

Remington stock and forearm,

"Great product and easy to install. the camo pattern looks great and made my really old shotgun look brand new. the only thing was that it was hard to get the old forearm off. i had to use W D 40!!"

Camo Forestock replacment for 1187,

"This Fore and Butt Stock were very user friendly to install.. The new butt pad is not quite as soft as my prior aftermarket kick guard, but Much Better than the stock butt pad Remington had provided initially.
The resin based componenents should hold up to the Duck Blind Much better, and the Camo- get the guide off my back for 'Not covering my hardware- Mister!'

"i got this for my 870 because i had the regular wood on my 870 and i thing the geese we seeing it. Also i wanted it cause it lookes cool. This fit perfectly on my 870 and looks great sitting out side the powerhunter! This is a great item for any gun. It has a very good crip to it also."

"purchased an advantage wetlands stock and foregrip for my 11-87.super easy to install.had to remove factory shim/plate but after that synthetic to metal fit was excellent.only reason i didn't give 5 stars is i had to istall a 40.00 pachmeyer recoil pad to make the gun fit me."

"I was very happy with the product. You have to read the instructions carefully. When you put the stock on, you will have the 1/8" gap if you dont remove the shim plate between the metal and wood stock. I have both an 11-87 and an 1100 and both fit nice and tight. There was no need for trimming down the stock."

"I bought this stock for my 11-87. The forend fit like a glove, but the stock had to be ground down to fit up tight without leaving about a 1/8th inch gap. The pattern is great though. Make sure you use "synthetic stock screws" for the recoil pad if you're changing out a wood stock."

"This new stock is nice. It is a direct, 100% correct fit bolt-on for the 870. I even have the wingmaster model and there were no problems. The only trouble I would say I had is a guy needs this special tool to remove and reinstall the forearm end. Other than that I would recommend this stock to anybody with an 870, just watch out though... don't lose your gun in the tooleys, the camo pattern is pretty darn good!"

"The overall quality of the shotgun stock was very good. The advantage wetland camoflage pattern is also very good. The fore stock fit perfectly. The shoulder stock however fit poorly. The butt plate that fits next to the metal part of the receiver was at least 1/8 inch too long for my 1187, causing a gap, which looks bad and may allow dirt or water into the stock interior. Everything tightened up ok, although I had to use longer screws to make it fit. The end peice will have to be filed down to make it fit properly."

"The main reason I ordered this was the 2 good reviews I read. However when it arrived the fore-end would not fit. It was too small. It was defective. I called Cabelas and they were nice enough to send me another one. This time the fore-end fit great. Then when I went to put the stock on the it didnt line up with the metal on the gun. Instead of going through the hassle of sending it back again I used my dremal tool to shave off 1/8 of inch so it would meet flush with the gun. It now looks great but was not happy with the product not fitting correctly not 1 time but twice."

"The guys at the gun shop were in doubt that it'd would match up but it lined upo great with my old Sportsman 12. Looks nice and now I don't have to worry about my Walnut stock getting abused for Goose season.
In fact hunting friends of mine are wanting the exact same thing.
Very nice."
