Great shooting gloves,

"Not thick and bulky-if the weather is very cold I use these as liners. When it is time to shoot I take the thicker gloves off and keep these on. They also work great when it's warm because I can keep a good grip on the rifle which would be impossible with sweaty palms."

"I wore these gloves recently to Canada on a caribou hunt. I really like having an uninsulated pair of gloves to wear while hiking and hunting. They allow me to feel the items I am handling without being bulky or too hot and protect my hands from cuts and scrapes. Then when I set down to glass I can get out the heavy gloves if needed. These gloves are very comfortable and fit my hand well. These gloves worked great except towards the end of the hunt the stitched seams started pulling apart. I also noticed that they are not submerge proof, maybe I am expecting too much.
I plan on glueing the seams and applying a waterproof coating and hope to get a lot more hunts out of these gloves."

"I bought these for archery and I needed to be able to feel the release tension on the Bow string.I was worried about the finger tips being to thick. The light leather on the finger tips are perfect. But they are thick enough to be tough protecting my hands in the thorns. For the trigger finger when shooting my rifle it's no problem. This completed my scent lok outfit. I have never gotten closer to animals that I have hunted. FIVE STAR NO DOUBT!"

Not for bowhunting,

"Where I hunt is usualy warm, and for uninsulated gloves, these were kinda thick and bulky, especially for bowhunting. I would recomend these gloves for colder climates and not for bowhunting. Still thinking if I am going to return these for a thinner pair for bow hunting."

"I purchased these gloves for myself in an XL and was very pleased when I put them on and found that they truly were a comfortable fit for my hands. Hunting in the south most of the time, I prefer an uninsulated glove since our temps are milder. I like the added feature of scent control."

"I purchased these gloves this year for this years bow season. So far the gloves are good for warm weather hunting as well as cold weather hunting down to the 40 degree mark which I recently experiences these past two times I went bow hunting. They have good dexterity and you have no problems feeling your release. I picked these gloves because they were the only ones that I could find in hardwoods camo since AP came out. The only down side to the gloves in my opinion is that they should be a little more snug which would decrease the bulk that it has. There not very bulky but a little less bulk would be better in the palm area so you don't end up torqueing your bow when you shoot closed handed loosely. I have to shoot with my bow hand completely open."

"These gloves have a great feel to them and there not to bulky. I can still feel the release trigger pretty well when i put them on so thats a plus. Also, these gloves have a little bit thicker lining to them then i expected, but that may be because of the scent-lok. Overall these are great gloves!"

"These gloves have always been a favorite of mine, especially with the re-design. They allow me to feel my bow and my release and provide top-notch dexterity as well as being lined with scent-lok. These gloves compliment my MT050 scent-lok rain jacket and pants. Even when it is not raining, these garments are my primary hunting outerwear due to the fact that they are highly functional, and dead quiet. I don't have to worry about packing in rain gear for I'll already have it on. The MT050 is the best waterproof material out there. All my hunting buddies are envious, and I'm a nice guy, but nobody is wearing my MT050!"

"Great gloves. I bought them to be snug and they are. A bit bulky for unisulated gloves. I suppose I was looking for more dexterity, but to have GoreTex and ScentLok it may be unavoidable. They have prved to be durable throughout this bowhunting season, and I have yet to test their waterproof abilities. The palm material seems more durable than previous cabelas gloves I have had. No rope burns in these after about 20 days afield. I would recommend them and may even buy them as a gift. They work EXCELLENT when wrapped around antlers while recovering a buck...!"

"I bought these gloves hoping to have a pair of mid weight gloves for early deer season. I dont have a store near by so I went off of description, turns out that they fit not only my hands well but fit the void in my gloves. I hunted for seven days in condotions from high twenties to all day rain and my hands were dry and reasonably warm all the time. The grip patch on the palms of the glove worked great never slipping once on my rifle or the deer's horns dragging him out. Thanks Cabelas I would recommend these to all."
