greatest work boots for the price,

"I work in a quarry where I tend to stand in ankle deep water for extended periods of time, these boots have kept my feet dry for over two years. This is the third pair of these boots that I have owned in the last 8 years. I am thinking of buying a second pair for non-work outings, something that looks a little less scuffed than my work boots. these boots are that comfortable."

Best Boots ever,

"I have been wearing these boots every single day, all day for at least 2 years, and they the most comfortable boots these hard-to-fit feet have had on them. They're showing next to no wear, other than a little scuffing on the toes and some heel wear from me dragging my heels a bit, they're as good as new.
Just wanted to finally get around to telling you all how much I love everything I've had to do with Cabelas."

"ok winter boot, but the leather is real soft and probably won't last long. the gortex and thinsilate are the reason i bought the boots, and so far so good. i've only got three months into these and i had to cover the toe with a rubber compound because of wear. also not vibram's best sole, it's soft and marks on concrete. over all they were warm and waterproof. i stood in water all day and stayed dry, but i let them dry for a day afterwards. bottom line is they are ok for winter in conjunction with two buckle rubber overshoes, but at price of boots and overshoes, just get something better."

"these are the best boots I have ever owned granted they only lasted me 2 years that is relativly good compared to what I usually do to my boots that last only 6 months. I am very pleased with these boots and I would reccomend them to everyone. I would deffinalty purchase these boots in the future."

"These boots are excellent for the outdoors working in any kind of weather. They hold well under all kinds semi truck fluids. I work as a yard manger in a seni junk yard where we cut up trucks and ship parts all around the world. These boots are yje only ones I have found that hold up for over a year."

"A lot of boot for the money! Super comfortable, warm, dry, ....once you get them on. The trick is getting them on! There's not enough slack in the tongue, so "making the turn" to get your foot in, is a literal "pain". Fix the tongue problem and you have a real winner!!!!"

"To start out I'll get the cons out of the way... I wear a size 11 and could not even fit in the boot so I had to return for a size 12. 12's are nice but still a little tight getting my foot past the ankle section of the boot. Once my foot is inside the fit is great. The first time I wore them to break them in the tongue wouldn't sit properly and ended up bruising my ankle. Those two things aside, I have had these boots for about a month and will never go back to cheap boots again. The fit is great once they have been broken in. I've had them out in the rain and snow and my feet stayed very dry. My feet also stay warm in them, the coldest I have taken them in is the mid-teens with single digit wind chill so far. They are a heavy (weight-wise) boot which I like. Overall I am very pleased with them and as of this point would buy them again."

"I purchased a size 10 wide, and I couldn't get my foot in the boot.
I usally buy Timberland work boots or similar brand and they fit no problem.
I was very disappointed and returned them at your Ct store, and they didn't carry this boot at this store."

"I would recommend these boots to anyone who works outdoors. They are true to fit. The break in period was about 4 hours. They feel comfortable in temperatures ranging from 0-60 degrees. I use them for wood cutting and hiking over rocky terrain. The thinsulate lining combined with the Gore-Tex makes for a great combination. You will not be disappointed."

"This is the second pair of loggers i've had. the first lasted longer than any other brand of boots I've ever owned. I work in wet and muddy contition. With a little boot grease they keep going with me. they are very comfortable. My co-workers will probably be ordering their own soon."

"The company I work for, clears trees away from electrial powerlines. Just after receiving my boots our state was hit by an " ICE STORM" and we were called out to help restore the power. While only wearing one "1" pair of socks ,I stomped through creeks, brush, brairs...(woods); for 16-18 hours aday untill the power was restored. My feet were the warmest and driest part of my body and were not tired!! I spoke of this to several of my co-workers, they now own a pair."

"Cabela's Insulated Logger Boots
They are Very comfortable and seem to be durable and not to heavy
the only issue with them is that if the person has a Large foot <the top ofhte foot I mean > the water tight tonge has 0 Give to get the boot on or off and makes it difficult for anyone wiht back issues."
