"Ordered size 12's and they were an inch too long. Replaced with size 11.5 and they were barely big enough. The steel toeboxes were out of round and not installed the same in both boots. The boots are serviceable but just barely. Haven't had them wet yet so don't know how waterproof they are."

"I'm a land surveyor in northern New England so my boots regularly see some rough terrain in less than favorable conditions. I bought a pair of these boots despite my reservations about their low price. Generally you get what you pay for and in this case that's how it went. They're comfortable but unfortunately the heel offers very little "side to side" support due to their construction. A molded heel cup would probably correct this. Within a few months of working in the woods they became a closet dweller in my home due to the fact that the back portion of the boot encasing my heel became so unstable I could hardly walk a step. No support whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend these particular boots if you work outside in rugged terrain."

"The last pair of boots that I bought had been discontinued. I liked the round nobby grip better than the waffle patternm, because of tracking in the mud. The other style's upper area where you lace had a d-ring type loop. (I like the loop better than the hook). The overall quality of the boot is excellent for the price. I am a concrete ready-mix truck driver and the last pair of boots lasted a year and 4 months, which is unheard of for the abuse that we drivers put these boots through. Thanks for designing a boot that is affordable and durable."

"i am an operator in a paper mill and am on my feet for 12hrs a day these boots are comfortable and not too heavy they replaced a pair of wolverine sport boots which are also very good boot. my feet stay dry and don't sweat. the only issue i have is the sole is very slick on wet steel, so if not on wet steal this is a good work boot"

"I went to cabelas looking new work boots, i didn't have a whole lot of cash so i was looking for something in a good price range with the steel toe and the comfort. I found the steel toe woodsmans. They fit great and had a little bit of extra room at the toe which is nice. they have some insulation in them which is nice for the winter but not to much to make my feet sweat in the summer. I would go out and get this pair if I were you, plus you can;t bet the price."
