adjustable cuffs keep rain and moisture from penetrating. The three-piece hood with a
drawcord cinches down to keep rain off your head without impairing your vision. It

"I have gone through a few sets of "waterproof" camo and have been dissapointed every time. I recently purchased this Cabelas brand with very much skepticism. I decided to test it out before taking it afield so I hopped in the shower for about 15 mins and got out bone dry, very impressive! Hopefully will hold up to a few seasons of the wonderful weather in the Pacific Northwest. Comfortable and quiet very happy so far."

"So far I am impressed with this jacket. It does need zippered vents under the arms like some other well engineered outdoor shells like Northface for example. I have not been in a down pour yet and haven't tested the scent lok but I am confident this jacket will do the job. Chilly nights are no problem, its warm with one fleece layer. And the quiet is a great improvement over my northface althought thats not saying much. This jacket was recommended to me by an experienced hunter and I can see why."

"Excellent clothing! I layered the Scentlok jacket and bibs on a late season muzzleloader hunt in northern Minnesota and a late season bow hunt in northern North Dakota this year, hunting in snow and wind on both hunts. Stayed dry and warm! Very quiet material! Overall great garments!! Would recommend to anyone purchasing new hunting clothing!"

"I hunt turkey and deer in Ohio and Kentucky every day I can until my tags are filled. If you hunt too you know the importance of your clothing. If Im not comfortable I might as well head on back to the house. Of course here in Ohio we have the complete range of conditions that includes of course downpours, you know the kind of rain that 90% of everyone doesnt hunt in, well this jacket will allow you to stay in the woods. When you layer under it you can stay out in the bitter cold also. I wouldnt suggest "brush busting" in it because briars will do a job on it but other than that its plenty tough enough. The scent lok is just another great feature of an already loaded jacket. I'd buy it again and for me thats saying a lot."
