"I purchased one of these a few years ago and quickly found out that you don't want to wear it until it below 20deg. and then with any exertion it will be to warm. It is by far the warmest hat I've ever had and I would buy another in a heart beat if the need arose and they look great and generate a lot of comments."

"I live in Michigan and have been wearing this hat a lot because of the winter we are having this year. It is really warm in the frigid cold while using my snow blower and doing other outdoor activities. I have had many positive comments on it, and highly recommend it."

"The Coyote hat is very well made of excellent materials. This hat was bought for my mother and the problem was that when she put it on, she could not see anything because of the mass of fur on the front. It hung down low enough so that she could not see in front of her. This is just decorative trim, but made the hat unusable. She also thought that the hat looked a bit silly with the huge patch of fur above her eyes.

"By far the warmest hat I've EVER owned and, being bald, I know what I'm talking about. As a matter of fact, it has to be COLD just to wear this sucker or you'll burn up. Not to mention the looks and comments you'll get while wearing it!!! Worth ever penny."

"This hat does what it is supposed to in cold weather, keep your head and ears warm. The fir is top grade as well as the leather. I would highly recomend this hat. When you order be sure to order a size larger than you think you need. It fits snug."

"I returned this Coyote hat before I ever really used it. It seemed very warm and well made enough, however, it looked like a overblown movie prop.
Waaaay too much fur sticking up way high and down into your face. No way I could try to wear this critter.
Maybe I'll try the beaver hat with shorter fur."

"Just got the coyote hat, looks stupid, but when I'm out in the bitter cold, there is no mirrors to see myself in. The hat is the warmest out of all the Cabelas clothing I own. Warmer than beaver, dryer, & wind resistent. I think the fur is top quality, I just love the hat & it fits great too. Cabels got a great vender on this one"

"I just received the coyote bomber hat and it is the most well made bomber that I have ever seen. Forget rabbit fur...go the extra bucks and get the coyote! It is unbelieveably comfortable to wear and warm, warm, warm! The comments I have received have been favorable, even one from an anti-coyote hunter who is still my friend! Thank You, Cabelas!"

"I have used one of these hats in northern Alberta for 23 years and have never been cold once! I have fished in -38 celsius with this hat on and everything but my head was cold. It does not itch and is very comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone that will be pursuing cold weather fish. ( We dont like to wear fur on our heads in hunting season up here) Very good quality fur and stiching you will not be disappointed!"
