drawstring hood with beard and chin guard protects against wind, sleet or driven
rain. It has 150-gram Thinsulate™ Insulation in the body and 100-gram in the hood for warmth
without bulk. Heavy-duty YKK® zipper with a snap-down storm flap seals out the elements
for hunting comfort in the harshest conditions. Velcro® adjustable cuffs and an
elastic waistband keep cold drafts from entering the parka and handwarmer
pockets give you a place to thaw stiff fingers. For complete freedom of
movement, we articulated the sleeves so you can draw a bow, shoulder a rifle or
even use a climbing treestand with ease. Large bellows pockets store gloves,
ammo, binoculars and miscellaneous items with room to spare. A zippered security
pocket inside the parka is the perfect place for hunting licenses, keys, wallets

"This Parka is one of the best buys for the money. It was 18F and I was as comfortable in the tree stand as I was in bed under the covers. Even in the freezing rain a few days later I was dry and warm. The Parka sheads water like a duck and keeps you comfortable with the most adverse conditions. If there was anything negitive about this Parka, you will be getting too warm if it gets above freezing temps. It is quiet,dry,warm. This is a top shelf Parka and I cannot say enough good about it"

"This Parka was excellent in foul Ohio weather deer hunting this year. Even had to remove under layers as week went on - wet snow windy then rainy 30's conditions . Never got wet or felt cold . Really like removable hood, beard and chin cover was excellent for still maintaining listening/hearing . Highly recommend this coat to foul weather hunters and for other oudoors activities."

"This parka has so far, been extraordinarily comfortable. Plenty of interior and exterior pockets to stow all of your gear without feeling too bulky or making too much noise. The shoulders are designed perfectly so as to allow great range of motion without pulling at the elbows or shoulders/back. The XL tall was long enough both in body and arms. Detachable hood is a very useful feature. I was happy to see that the parka is relatively quiet in the brush. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the parka. A definite recommendation for just about anyone who is looking for a very functional parka at a price that won't break the bank."

"Surprisingly well made coat. I wasn't expecting this much. I bought it on sale looking to find a reasonably warm solution to replace a bulky sleeved coat for winter bow hunting. I’ve found the coat is comfortable and, has some features usually found on the $300.00 coats. It actually fits well too. It's warm, quiet, flexible and it doesn't suffer from the tiny, restrictive cuffs in the wrist area that seem to plague Cabelas’ merchandise ... at least a lot of the items I've bought from them over the years."

"This parka was real warm. The second day I had it on we had a rain and sleet storm pass through and it kept me warm and dry no problem. Dry plus is as good or better than gortex. I would recommend this jacket to anyone!"
