"Product easy to apply and used to cover two ground blinds and had some left over.
From what I have read, the removing of UV does make a difference and I need all the help I can get.
Pleased with product."

U-V-Killer is Killer Stuff!,
October 19, 2009
By TrikerRed

"Where I hunt Mule Deer you have to see them before they see you or they are gone in a flash. This year I used U-V-killer on my camo's for the first time. I was walking down the dirt road from my truck to get to the mountain that I hunt and spotted two bucks standing in the open about 75 yards from me. They obviously saw me and were watching me watching them. They stood there looking kind of confused about what they were seeing until the rifle fired and one of them dropped dead. Even my own dog wasn't sure about who or what I was when I returned to camp. U-V-Killer works for me."

Unbelievable Product,
September 2, 2009
By we2lawsons

"I am floored by what this does to florescent orange material. To the naked human eye, it looks exactly the same, but under a black light, my blaze orange material looks black. I have used this on several items that glow under a black light and this stuff KILLS the glow. Be forwarded, however, that if you wash the material in a detergent with UV brighteners, then the treatment is destroyed. I only wash my stuff in Atsko's Sport Wash and have not had to treat my clothing again. The bottle says it will treat 2 sets of hunting clothes, but this is not accurate for fleece. It took over 1 bottle to completely treat my Mad Dog blaze orange fleece vest. If the material is cotton, you use as advertised with no problems. Now, for the real test: During my preseason scouting this year, I have seen a LOT more game (of course, this does not take into account all sorts of other things that may affect that), but I had a blacktail doe walk right past me within 10 yards and acted like I was not even there and I was really just sitting out in the open. My son and I had a black bear and yearling cub walk past us within 20 yards and never suspected anything until my son made a noise. Over the course of the past 6 weeks, I have been amazed at the nonchalant attitude of the blacktail deer that I have encountered. They are usually pretty skittish around here, so it certainly seems like it makes a difference as the company claims."

Game Killer,

By Guamhunter

"Love this stuff. I spray it on every new clothing I use for hunting. I use to be spotted from the deer right off the back, But now I seem to be invisible to them...as long as I don't make noise or any rapid movements. I always keep a stock of this and only spray it on after every ten washes. It really works!"

U-V-Killer,

"Great product! I would recommend that every hunter at least check his clothes and equipment for U-V brightners. I was turkey hunting in a pop-up blind, and every deer that walked out within 150 yards stood and stared at the blind, and they turned and ran away. When I checked the blind for U V brightners it glowed like it was radioactive. I purchaced U-V-Killer, sprayed the blind, and now they don't spook like they did."

Seems to work great,
November 26, 2008
By SpiritualHunter

"I had a successful deer season this year and the deer did not see me at all. Was this due to the UV Killer which I applied to all of my exterior clothing? Who knows for sure but I have no reason to think otherwise. It certainly did not alert the deer to my presence.
I also had a very close encounter with a porcupine who was about 8 or 10 feet away from me and had no idea I was there. Even when I danced around out of concern it was getting a little "too close" it acted very confused staring straight at me standing up on it's hind legs for a good minute before wandering off. I was wearing blaze camo vest and solid blaze hat at close range. The only thing I can attribute this to is the UV killer making me darn near invisible to the portly little guy.
So far as I can tell this stuff works great. I will be buying more next season! Would love to see this tested with a nightvision scope."

"had no idea some of my new and old camo "glowed in the dark" with a blacklight. did a clothing test at home and was amazed. sprayed one sleeve w/ uv killer and put under a blacklight. one with the spray didnt "glow" one with no spray stood out like a sore thumb. my hunters orange was even bright under the light. no way i could stand out from a deer's ability to see in the uv spectrum. one bottle covered about one and a half sets of my camo outerwear. definitely buying more uv killer!!"

"The u-v-killer is and excellent product. I have used it for years and have stood with in 10 feet of and animal and they did not have a clue that I was even there when I stood still. Put it on your mask, cloths and hat . All cloths have brightners even the ones that say they don't. The stuff blocks the brightners."

Long Time User - Works very well,

By Scottus

"Prior to using this product my father and I had several occasions where deer stepped out 50-100 yards away and literally looked right at us and spooked even though we were wearing camo, not moving, and downwind. After using the UV Killer we had a doe and fawn walk by us on a trail to within 5 feet of us before smelling us and spooking!!! Time and again since using this we have found our camo to work as designed and if we stay still are nearly invisible. We have continued to use this on all of our hunting clothes and expect to have the same results this year."

"I have used this product for several years now and never use new camo clothing without first treating with UV Killer. I used to have deer spot me in a tree stand, snort and take off, even when I did not move. Now, if they see me at all, they look at me and ignore my presence. A great product. Just follow directions and you will be happy with the results."
