Only Had Target for 1 Month...,
August 21, 2009
By BlueDog1

"We recently purchased this Full Strut Turkey Target for our son on his 10th Birthday. He is shooting a Trykon Jr at 35 lbs with field tips only. He can shoot clear through to the other side of the target now. It looks like a target that is at least a year old. My wife shoots a 35 lb recurve and accidentally shot it in the head. Half of the head came off w/ that shot. We are not happy with this target and will be returning it for a full refund. Would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this target."

Love it,

"I've been increasing the size of my 3D target farm for while, and I finally added a turkey. Not only is this one of the least expensive 3D turkeys, it's one of the best. I had this on my wish list for a while waiting for them to come back in stock and I'm not disappointed. I have put a couple of hundred arrows into it with my Mathews Drenlin, and it still looks brand new. You can hardly notice it's even been used. If you want to practice getting a turkey or just want to shoot at something different from your 3D deer, this is the way to go. I look forward to the next Cabela's 3D critter I buy."

Strutting Turkey 30D target,
March 18, 2009
By rxb3652

"I just bought this target yesterday and I was very impressed with the way it took my shots. I was shooting at 15 yards with my Katera bow set at 65# and it would not fall over. I tried shooting the target at the front, back and sides and it took the arrows hits plus closed up as the arrows were removed. It is hard to remove the arrows but not so much harder than the block target is. Great product!!"

Great for the price,

"This target has held up very well for the price. While not quite as big as the name brands it is very durable from 20 yards to futher out. At a close range though with a fast bow you will have your arrow protrude from the back side. Hov\wever if you can hit something smaller you can hit something bigger"

Great Variety Target,
March 26, 2008
By fishing4sanity
from Eastern Washington
|
"I bought this turkey target just to add variety and fun to my practice sessions. My son and I are both shooting it with carbon arrows and so far it’s holding up well – even to the poor shots that hit the tail. Arrows pull fairly hard, but only slightly different from my layered block target, I’ve never found a target yet that my arrows pull out like the ones on the TV ads. Adds variety to practice, glad I bought it!"

Turkey time,
September 17, 2007
By TheBaldEagle
|
"I have about 4 dozen shots into this turkey so far. It seems to be holding up. I have used both field points and broadheads and it does stop both. I'm not to sure how it'll hold up in the long run and if weather is going to effect it, but it is fun to have another target in the range. I will test it for awhile before adding another one to the range. Hopefully it lasts and I can add the bear next. My wifes bow and my bow are set down to 260-270 fps. 20 yard shots are questionable for being to close, it does work well at 40-50 for sure."

Excellent 3-D Target,
May 8, 2007
By kkusmc

"I have never been able to find a target that holds up well while using Broadheads. The cost of this target is very reasonable for as well as it holds up to abuse while shooting broadheads. It's very realistic dimension will help you practicing before season. I have probably shot at the same side over 100 times with broadheads and it has held up very well. If it weren't for this product I don't know if I would of had the confidence to hunt this spring season with my bow. Thankfully I did and harvested my first gobbler with archery equipment. 27 lbs. and a 11 inch beard. Thank you for a quality product."
