inconsistent,November 10, 2009
By lightsout41from lincoln, Ne
"I have shot three deer with the muzzy 100's. I love the penetration, durability, and the damage these broadheads cause, but most importantly they are not accurate. Of the three deer the shot was consistently 4 inches to the left. I shot 1 doe and a button from 35 and 40 yards didnt run more than 50. but shot a nice buck and arrow went left hitting its the shoulder. trailed the buck for 2 1/2 miles for 3 hours before loosing the blood trail in a corn field.
probably gonna switch back to stinger buzz cuts or try my luck on some thunderheads."

Best fixed broadhead,November 3, 2009
By LabRetfrom Lee's Summit, MO
"I was turned on to these about 10 years ago and have never switched. I have no problems with the arrow fully penetrating the deer and tracking them. I have misfired once and hit the deer through the back of the head and the broadhead penetrated the jaw bone completely without bending a single blade. These broadheads can be sighted in using 100 grain fieldpoints. No need to practice shoot with your broadheads on your arrows."

been great so far,November 2, 2009
By gundog1187from Hastings, MN
"After shooting a popular expandable endorsed by all the big names on the outdoor channels, the one that's like throwing an axe through an animal, I switched to the 3 blade 100 grain this year. I've had 3 pass through shots, the broadheads look like you could wipe them off and shoot them again, and there was no tracking involved in any of them. The other broadhead was so beat up with one shot it would have needed the blades replaced. Entry wound might have been impressive, but having the blades deploy when shooting through the mesh of a ground blind, having O rings to deal with etc etc doesn't compare to the simplicity of this fixed blade. I don't think you can miss with this one, great product and you get 6 broadheads for the price of 3 in the competitions package."

Muzzy 3-blade,October 28, 2009
By Im4u2nvrcfrom Nampa, ID
"This is a very solid and accurate broadhead. I tried a set of Crimson Talons and couldn't get the same accuracy that could with the Muzzy broadheads. Plus they are half of the price per broadhead than most. A good buy."

Great As Always,October 27, 2009
By lbungfrom Wisconsin
"I made the mistate af trying the Rage heads (total junk). I went back to these and they perfomed flawlessly as always. They fly perfect if you tune your bow well and put a good helical on your fletching. Always pass through. Always bust bone.(rages cant even chip bone) Always hold together. Great heads."

No Gimmicks-Just the best Broadhead on the market.,October 20, 2009
By BigDog375from Southeastern PA
"I have hunted alot of different game with my bow, and the one thing i can always count on is Muzzy broadhead to provide the punch I need. Out of the last 30 deer I have harvested, 28 were clean pass throughs with large exit wounds for good blood trials. I have tried mechanicals and other fixed wings, and I have always had issues with blades not opening or blades breaking off. Muzzys are rock solid. Shoot a deer, replace the blades and you are good to take the next shot."

Worked for Me,October 19, 2009
By Calliskifrom Or.
"These are very well built and lock together very tightly. Brought down my elk this year in less than 60 yard requiring no tracking which is always a good thing, last year with the same broadheads my elk only traveled about 80 yards. Shot placement is a must but broadhead cutting is needed and these work."

First Timer,September 27, 2009
By WulyBugrfrom Ohio
"I just killed my first deer with abow this morning and beleive alot of my success is due to the Muzzy 3 blades I was shooting. They seem to fly accurately out of my PSE Avenger, about the same as my field points. The deer was a small doe and the shot was about 10 yards. The arrow passed completely through before burying in the ground. The broadhead seems perfectly reusable after a little bit of sharpening. The broadead nicked one rib and hit the secong squarley before exiting. There was blood where she was shot, but not a huge blood trail, maybe had to do with where she was hit. Holes looked good, and she went about 70-80 yards before expiring. The product workd reliably, hope to get many more chances this year."

Killing Machine,September 23, 2009
By Anonymousfrom Melbourne, AR
"I have been shooting muzzy 3 blade 100 grain and 125 grain broadheads all my life, and my dad has been shooting them ever since they were first invented and Dan Fitzgerald starting using them in his huting videos. If you want to see how well they can truely perform, watch some of Dan Fitzgerald's older hunting videos where he uses them. He takes shots at all different angles (even bad ones in my opinion) and never has a problem with taking the animal down quickly and rather close to his stand. As far as the people who want to say the broadhead doesnt fly like their field point, that has nothing to do with the broadhead performance. That all has to do with how well their bow is in tune. If the broadhead doesn't fly like their field point then they need to paper tune their bow and move their arrow rests. I have killed around 20 to 25 deer with a muzzy, and I'm sure my dad is well over 100 with his muzzy. He took his biggest buck in Arkansas (a 145" Pope&Young 10 pt. giant for the area) at 50 yards using a 15 year old Golden Eagle Evolution, and big Easton XX75 aluminum arrows with a 125 grain Muzzy at the end, that shot probably barely over 200 fps. He had no problem on the deer. He shot it quatering away and hit right in front of the ham and exited right behind the front sholder, a complete pass through. The buck ran about 50-60 yards and piled up within 4 or 5 seconds. This is the greatest broadhead ever to be put on the market and puts the new rage expandable to shame. I wouldn't shoot a deer with anything but a Muzzy."

great broad heads,September 13, 2009
By bullcreekmikefrom orlando fl.
"I have been hunting deer ,hogs, for years and I only use muzzy 100 grn. broad heads they fly very well with good tight groups from 45 yrds to 20 yrds shots they are very sharp right out of the box the interlocking blades stay put even on hard hit bone i have bent blades before but they stay locked in ... also leave a good blood trail that is if I have a bad hit and have to track!!! I guess the only problem I have found is at 35 yards shooting at my 3d target is my grouping is so close I have to replace fletching on my arrows often.... it truly is a great product......."

"It is nice that Muzzy included a practice blades with this set. It took me almost 10 minutes to assemble the practice broadhead and I was sure that if I had used the real blades I would have cut my fingers. The assembly instructions could have been a little better. After the practice blade I assembled 4 broadheads without any problem and the last one was assembled in about a minute. Practice makes perfect. I haven't hunted with them yet but they shoot to the same point of impact as my field points. Other hunters have reported good results with them."

Great Broadhead!,September 4, 2009
By Gunrunner72from Westport, KY
"I am super impressed with how these perform. They fly like my field points and were easily assembled. Much easier to put together than the Lazer Pro Mags. Hope to get a chance at a nice buck in the coming weeks to see what kind of damage they cause."

A GREAT BROADHEAD,September 2, 2009
By BuckFever926from Northern New Jersey
"In my opinion, no other broadhead has the ability to crack through bone like a muzzy. I switched over to them about 3 years ago and have been happy with them ever since. They fly consistent and leave a nice blood trail to follow up to your trophy. When taking a close shot, I no longer have to worry about hitting that big buck in the shoulder because I know the muzzys will blow right through it. GREAT BROADHEAD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!"
