"I have used these broadheads for over 15 years and I have some that have killed 6 or more deer that I still hunt with. They really hold an edge and are very durable. I wouldn't use anything else."

"These appear to be very good broad heads. They fly well and, from my testing, hold up VERY WELL-(1/2 inch plywood test)
I haven't had the chance to take game with them yet, but I see no reason for them to fail.
They are very tough steel and that means it takes a little time to get them sharp, but when you get them sharp they hold the edge very well. Use a diamond block- start coarse and work up to 600 or 700 grit, finish with a smooth ceramic, and they will shave the hair off your arm. All my heads will shave!
Besides, they are made in THE USA!!! And they have a life time warranty.--You can't beat that!!

    Traditional Killers, October 14, 2008
    By 21Guns from KCMO

"These broadheads sharpen easily using flat sharpening stones. Once razor sharp they are certain death to any animal properly hit by them. They fly "just like field points" from my properly tuned longbows and recurves. I shoot 2413's from 65 to 70 lb. recurves and longbows with FastFlight strings. These points fly flat and true and are devastating on deer. Pass throughs are the norm. Sometimes the animal acts as if it does not even know it has been hit and just falls down after a few seconds. I can't speak for tuning problems with compounds...I don't use them. Price and quality are outstanding. Get some!"

    Awsome perfomance, August 31, 2008
    By rainhunter from Rainy Washington

"I have used these broadheads several years now. I shot an elk and 2 deer with them. All the shots were full pass-through, with massive blood trails.
Reasonably priced per 6. Easy to get a good edge with a file.

Awesome penetration and easy to sharpen, April 8, 2008
By locoelkhunter from Woodland Park, CO

"I purchased the Snuffer broadheads because of the reccommendation from an experienced traditional bowhunter friend and the details of damage that these broadheads had produced. I had been using a smaller diameter braodhead with the same type of construction and weight. I was going turkey hunting in Texas and I wanted something that had a larger cutting diameter. Well the turkey hunting was not good because of overcast and rain, but the opportunity to hunt hogs arrose so I jumped at the chance. I was able to connect with two hogs that weighed about 100 and 125 pounds, and as many hunters know, hogs will sometimes not produce a very good blood trail if they are not hit well. The first hog was trotting at about 25 yards and I received a complete passthrough. but a little high and back, I witnessed the animal run off about 30 yards and I thought that I might have to give the animal time, but within 25 seconds of the shot, the hog fell and did not move again. After futher investigation of the shot, the broadhead had cut through ribs on both sides with lungs and intestine bulging out both woumbs. The second hog was shot quartering hard away at 22 yards. The shot entered the front part of the back ham and into the intestine and finished into the diaphram and part of the liver. what great penetration. we trailed the hog with good blood for about 65 yards and found it in a brushpile laying down, a second shot was taken but was not needed. I was able to resharpen the broadheads with only a few strokes on the file and they were ready to go again. I cannot wait to try these broadheads this elk season. If you cannot sharpen a blade, I do not recommend these, but if you can, you will enjoy the production of this product."

    Great Broadheads, June 29, 2007
    By duckhunter224 from Western NY

"These broadheads came sharp right out of the package. They flew identical to my field points. I shot a raccoon with one last fall and was amazed at the hole it left. The big cutting area provides a quick kill with maximum blood loss. If I had more arrows I'd buy more!"

    Magnus snuffers, June 28, 2007
    By mattinsouthdakota from South Dakota

"For the price, these boradheads are great. I've been using them for about ten years now, and I like them because I can sharpen them with a 6 dollar flat stone, and if I lose one, I haven't lost ten dollars worth of product. You need a roller to turn them once you've got them on the shaft. I put the point up next to a bottle or something with a label on it, and make a tiny pin mark. Then rotate the arrow. If it doesn't stay exactly on the pin mark, you want to heat the broadhead, and gently push in whatever direction it needs to go to be straight. This can be a little tedious, but it's well worth it, because once they are straight, they fly very true to a target point. Other brands of fixed blades cannot be heated and moved at all, and if they are crooked, they will remain crooked. Of course, you have to shoot your arrows through paper and make sure your bow is tuned in the first place. Also, it's worth noting that if your inserts are straight, the broadheads will be straighter. I try different broadheads on different arrows and sometimes, you get the right combination right off the bat, and they need no tuning at all. I've shot elk, deer, black bear, turkeys and much more with this head, and it's worked perfectly every time. The blades can be sharpened better than a knife, and touched up in the field with only a few strokes on a cheap flat stone."

good broadhead but lacks accuracy, May 1, 2007
    By OkieAustin from Coweta, OK

"This is a good, tough broadhead that is easy to sharpen, but it didnt fly consistent out of my alpine bow. Even after adjusting my sights arrow flight still varied a little too much if there is a possibility of a 25 plus yard shot. but deadly for close in shots. Maybe better for traditional bows.
