Brushes all bent,April 21, 2009
By wetfly1
"I have ordered these brushes numerous times in the past and they work very well. Problem with the last order I received was that each brush was individually packaged and all of them were bent badly, where the brush and the plastic handle of the brush meet. They are probably not useable."

bent bristles,March 18, 2009
By thicksfrom Eaton Rapids, Mi.
"These disposable brishes would be just the ticket if not for poor packaging. About 75% of them arrive with the bristles bent 90 degrees. Great for working around corners. Not so much for applying rod finish. Easy fix. How bout it?"

Hidden Bonus,June 26, 2008
By 1CavJimmyfrom Germantown, OH
"I use these to apply the final coating on my fishing rods. The soft bristles help eliminate small bubbles that can form during the mixing process. As a bonus, a piece of the hollow handle makes a good tube for tying nail knots. Keep a couple with your fly fishing gear!"

Brushes,April 14, 2008
By Cabelas123fan
"Bristles were a bit too stiff for applying epoxy (5 minute and slowset). Thread wraps would not have come out well if I continued to use this brush. They are cheap so 2 stars."

Don't be frugal when quality counts.,September 17, 2007
By dockwatcherfrom Ca
"Keep a bunch of these things around. They are very handy and It doesn't break your hart not cleaning them up when your finished. Plus you don't have to chance finger prints on your paint job to see if it's dry, just see if the brush is hard."

By Beginnerfrom Sanger, CA
"These brushes did the job. I'd like to see them a little longer, however. Still, I'll continue to utilize them until someting else comes along. The price is right and the results were more than acceptable."

A little on the small side,June 19, 2007
By Max45from Florida
"Use them for rod building. They're good for small jobs like putting epoxy under guide feet. Not too good for large jobs since they are narrow and too flexible. But they are cheap."

disposable brushes,November 21, 2006
By rodbuildingWillyfrom I'm a conservative living in northern California,
"Wow, here's a real plus. The least expensive, yet most important facet when rodbuilding. These brushes are inexpensive compared to all others, work extremely well when applying epoxy at the edge of the thread & you don't feel bad tossing them at the end of a job, AND NO BRISTLE CLEANUP!!!!! Have used in excess of 1000 of these brushes & won't switch until Cabela's discontinues them....."
