Because of their solid, reliable construction, Do-All Traps are used at top sporting clays courses,
trap clubs and shooting ranges. These new traps from Do-All have all the positive features of their
standard traps with the convenience of 3/4-cock. When a 3/4-cock machine is thrown, the arm
cycles 3/4 of the way through the cycle, only requiring the trapper to push the arm through the
last 1/4 of the arc. A true roller-bearing clutch and counterbalanced arm assure that this final
1/4 motion is accomplished with a minimum of effort, making it simple to operate for young and old alike. Each model incorporates a patented 3-pivot
mount, capable of throwing any target, at any angle, and at a speed that can equal the automatic
traps at your favorite clay target range. Each frame is constructed of heavy-duty steel tubing. Assembles in minutes. Comes complete with adjustable wrench and instructional DVD. The Clay Hawk 3/4 Cock boasts all the throwing features with super portability.

sent it back,July 28, 2009
By concordwizardfrom Lynchburg, Virginia
"Product was said to be safe for your grandkids or grandma. I have had kneel down traps in the past. Even though harder to cock u pulled clock wise to cock and if something went wrong it spun away from you counter clockwise.. With this trap you pull counter clockwise and it continues counter clock wise when fired. First time we cocked it the trigger stuck open an it darn near got me when it continued right on around. It is operated from a sitting or standing position so you are off balance. We sent it back and ordered an electric trap. More money but my grandkids can operate it safely."

Great Manual Thrower,December 14, 2008
By MrSlugofrom Grafton, Illinois
"We got the Red color version with Black counter-balance. These ClayHawks also come in a Green & Orange color that looks like it may be the exact same model but have a safety ring around it. {NOTE: DO-ALL has a less expensive version with different quality parts that is very similar. It's a Blue Backyard Model that I am NOT reviewing!} This Red version was referred to as a Professional Gun Club Quality and had 2 year warranty, with 10 year 1,000,000 target warranty.
The thrower works real well and we have thus far thrown about 400 clays with no problems. Everyone at the trap shoot loves the easy way the 3/4 cock works. We began last year with the least expensive DO-All (Competitor Model) to start with ; after someone strained their hand pretty bad on that model we moved up to this 3/4 Clay Hawk. This 3/4-cock is much, much, easier to load and fire (and built better too). It should really be called a 1/4-cock because you only have to pull the thrower down from 9 O'clock to 6 O'clock to get it ready (thus 1/4 turn to simply cock it). EASY and little effort! Worth the money especially if you throw a box or more of clays per shoot. Novices can use this thrower with minimal instruction. BUT the assembly was tricky!! Ours came with the trigger not assembled and NO directions on how to install it. After putting it on wrong, we discovered that the thin piece of nylon square went on top, and the thicker piece of nylon trigger block went bottom underneath. The bolts for the trigger then installed from underneath and the nylock nuts then go on top of the trigger group. Also a mild aggravation, the allen headed socket head screws to attach the counterbalance needed to be a better grade as one almost rounded-out on the installation. Not a big deal overall. In addition to the Factory DVD that comes with the thrower some good video instructions for the rest of the assembly are also posted on YouTube (keep the box and look at the pictures closely as the instructions are not the best). The extra YouTube videos will help with the leg and frame assembly as they are 2 sizes and need to go a certain way. Do-All needs better written instructions w/more pics , but their OK if you look at the pics on box and take your time. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. We have the optional Wobbler. It's a neat accessory that makes it easier to quickly change the altitude and direction of swivel: but isn't really necessary for using this ClayHawk to have quick fun as a good box wrench works to reset the nuts to aiming positions. Finally, we used our own seat. It's an upside down 5 gallon bucket with a pad and we love this setup cause it is very adjustable for all the guys we shoot with (big guys need more leg room away from that powerful swing of the throwing arm so their right knee doesn't get swatted!) . We also use dog chain tie-outs (the corkscrew kind that screws into the dirt) and heavy bungee cords to keep the thrower fastened to the ground in rocky soil."

Nice Thrower,September 29, 2008
By MikeB2008from Morgantown, PA
"This thrower is great. Much better design and construction vs. cheaper models. The tripod is nice because you can sit on a chair while loading and firing the thrower. The counter weight works well to keep the thrower from "walking" around all over the place from shot to shot. The negatives are few... but after running about 300 birds through it the spring kept disconnecting, probably due to my assembly and the thrower breaking in. This was easily fixed by tightening the spring bolt."

Well built trap thrower,September 29, 2008
By Roadgypsyfrom Western PA
"Overall satisfied with the product. The assembly was a nightmare. Horrible instructions resulted in several mistakes and three hours of assembly. I should have bought the one with the seat attached, it would probably be more solid during the powerful throws."

DO 3/4 ALL TRAP,January 8, 2008
By MikeMeyer
"We decided to try some clay shooting and purchased the DO ALL 3/4 trap. The tension spring can be adjusted for beginners and torqued down for tossin rockets. The Wobbler kit is a must, as it lets the operator aim in any direction and elevation. Cocking is very easy as after each release the arm comes around to the 9:00 position. We mounted the trap on a rig with wheels so that 1 person can get the gear out and set up before the rest of the gang shows up. We're real happy with the unit and plan on lots of shooting. Nice.
(My son never really wanted to go hunting, but, now he loves shooting. Got him an Over/Under trap gun and we are really having a lot of fun together)"

Poor video and Instructions,December 31, 2007
By Binkfrom Ohio
"This unit is great and will launch clays as good as the more expensive electric throwers. Spend the extra money and buy the wobble kit with out it you can only throw in one dirrection unless you bring tools and un-bolt and adjust it between throws. My only complaint is the poor instructions and the low quality video/instruction DVD."

good unit needs the wobbler kit,June 11, 2007
By tomridefrom new jersey
"Throws very strong good presentation. The three quarter mechanism is worth the extra money. Put five hundred targets through it the first day with out a problem. Absolutely boring without the wobbler kit, in fact they should raise the price and be included with the unit. The standard unit throws to the same spot over and over again and the only way to change that is with tools and quite a bit of tinkering. I ordered the wobbler seperate and it was worth every penny. If you are thinking about orderng any do-all bite the bullet and by the wobbler kit it makes a decent machine great."
