"ATI makes a great product and sells them at a great price.
I purchased this stock after I purchased the ATI six position tactical "M-4" style stock to figure out which one I wanted. The sight picture of the tactical stock was bad due to the lack of drop on the back of the buttstock. I purchased this one just before I found out I could get a drop shim for the tactical stock. This one is long and not adjustable, feels and looks great but after the tactical stock shim fixed the sight picture problem I didn't see any advantage to keeping this one so I sold it to a friend of mine.
It may be of interest in your consideration that you have to take this stock off everytime you clean the gun if you're going to take the trigger guard off.
Overall, great choice for the price if you're looking for a pistol grip. It actually improves the performance of this gun."

A Cheap RIOT Gun,

"Installed this buttstock on a Mossberg 500, along with composite factory fore piece and a TecStar tactical light with pressure switch.
It makes for an excellent low cost "Riot Gun".
The stock was a perfect fit and seems to be well made."

"I bought the Advanced Technologies solid pistol grip stock soon after buying my Mossberg 590. The material is extremely durable, installation is a snap, the recoil pad is just right, and it makes a huge difference in comfort and accuracy. I would for sure buy it again!"

Great Entry-level Stock,

"Overall, I liked this stock. It is lightweight and has a good length. It was easy to mount on a Mossberg M590A1 with the supplied mounting accessories. The stock seems rugged, and fits tight with no wobble.
One issue I had was with the stock molding - the molding process left raised line along the seam that can be uncomfortable after awhile, unless you remove it with a razor blade. This is typical with low-end molded stocks, however. Another issue is that you can't reach the slide release with your trigger hand (for right handed people), as the pistol grip gets in the way. Unfortunately, this is also typical of add-on pistol grip stocks..."

"I received the ATI buttstock from Cabela's in short order. It was fairly easy to install. It would have been simpler if the instructions provided by the manufacturer were more clear, but it was not too difficult as written. The stock with pistol grip provides excellent handling on my Maverick 88 Security model. I would not hesitate to recommend it to other owners of that firearm. I give it a high score, as indicated.

ATI Butt Stock With Pistol Grip,

"I love the pistol grip on this stock. I have been wanting a stock like this for my 835 Ultimag turkey gun for a while now. The stock fit my shotgun nicely and was easy to install. The butt pad could be softer and is to firm. I will be looking for a replacement butt pad. I had to trim about a 3/8" off a spacer with a hack saw to allow enough stock bolt length. Just a minor inconvienence. There was few sharp edges in the seam of the stock halves, but they scraped of easily with my pocket knife blade and left a nice, smooth finish. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pistol grip stock."
