"Hard to beat for the money- needed a little time with a dremel and razor and needs to be bedded but a nice stock - I would purchase another one."

"I ordered a stock for my Model 98 Mauser,,,
It fit very nicely right out of the carton.
The rubber stock feels a bit funny at first,,,
but I got used to it in just a few rounds at the range.
Now my venerable 8-mil is much nicer to carry and looks a whole lot nicer as well."

"I purchased this stock so I could remove the beautiful Remington BDL stock and have a more durable stock for elk and deer hunting. I really like the feel of the hogue overmoulding and I also like the wider forend and the slight palm swell. well made stock for the money."

"I have replaced the gun stock on my Ruger M77 in 243 cal. The new stock was an easy fit and the feel is far superior to the original. If you own a rifle throw the original stock away and buy one of these!!!! You will love it"

"Bought it for my winchester M70 manufactured in the 70's
The look and feel of this stock is awesome. Its got a beefy forgrip and is super comfortable in the shooting position. The directions were not in chinese and everything fell right together. This is a true "drop in" replacement stock, no mods required, atleast for the M70. I am very satisfied!"

"Swapped out the factory stock on my Ruger M77 MKII .300WSM for the Hogue with Pillar Bedding. I like the larger grip and profile of the Hogue stock as compared to the factory stock. This is my third Hogue stock. Accuracy improved to sub - 1" groups but also added a Kahles 3-12 X 56MM scope and a Timney trigger. Dramatically improved the performance of the rifle. Consistently shoots sub -1" groups."

"This stock worked very well with my VZ24 Mauser; only mild modifications were necessary. The rifle feels much lighter and adequately durable. I haven’t noticed any increased accuracy but that’s OK. It’s still a Mauser."

"The overall quality is very good. It fit almost perfectly. Just a little tight around the trigger guard, floor plate assembly. It took some effort to adjust so that the floor plate would open properly. The only downside for me was the weight. I was wanting a lighter weight stock but these tend to be heavier than most senthetic stocks."

"For the price this stock is amazing. My 700 BDL dropped right into it, I added a Kwik Klip conversion kit to it and now I have an awesome shooting, light, and good looking Remington 700. I'm now ISO a stock from Hogue for a Savage 110. Hooah."

"Nice feeling stock, forend is not as stiff as I would like. Had to take about 1/4 inch of material out of the rear pillar area to fit adjustable trigger for Parker-Hale (Mauser FN type action)"

"This stock was to be an alternate to the heavy target type wood stock which I fitted several years ago to a >244 FN barrelled action. I now can use this gun for deer hunting. The action dropped right in with any fitting even with the med. hvy. bbl."
