"THESE REARGRIPS WERE NOT STRAIGHT PRIOR TO INSTALATION AND WERE CROCKED AFTER BEING INSTALLED ON A CUSTOM FISHING ROD. I HAD TO REMOVE THEM FROM THE RODS AND REPLACE THEM WITH ANOTHER BRAND."

"it's a nice enough grip. very solid cork rings and well put together and smoothed on a lathe. it fit easy enough on the rod I used it on. the composite end cap was a new one for me. hadn't used one of these grips before. took a tad more shaping than I was hoping for to match up with the rest of the grip but that's understandable enough since it wasn't lathed at the same time as the rest of the grip. considering that part it could have been a ton worse to fit together."

"I Thought I'd try these grips, for the price I'd have little to lose if I hated them. I loved them!! I used both the rear and foregrip, and they worked out super. Nice looking, easy to install with a bit of filing to fit. I am building another rod, and have just placed an order for all the parts, including another set of these grips. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it) I highly recommend them."

"This handle does the job, is clean and smooth, and is comfortable to hold on the rod. I am very inexperienced in rod building but was able to get this handle to work. Drilling out the hole and filing it to fit takes some special care but he bottom line is that a nice rod was saved after its stock handle deteriorated."
