"I purchased 2 of these kits. My son and I doubled on our first turkey hunt in New Mexico. My son's was a Merriam's and mine a Rio Grande.
The kits were very easy to put together. If you have a loose fitting fan, cut out cardboard pieces the same shape as the foam padding and use with the foam as a filler. The mount looks awesome on my home office wall.
This is a great way to remember a great hunt with my best friend and hunting buddy!"

"The product is well designed , easy to put together and looks good . The only problem I had ,is the supplied foam filler is not thick enough to hold the tail firmly in place. I had to cut another shaped like the one supplied and add it in to keep it steady ."

"This is a very simple and economical mounting kit. I had numerous tails (5) done in less than an hour. I did have a bit of trouble inserting the little black beard holders into a couple of the holes, but then again, I generally have the patience of a 2 year old. Overall, very nice looking on the wall and I would definitely recommend this product."

"I bought this after an archery turkey hunt with my son. Very inexpensive and easy to follow directions. It is not the highest quality mount you can buy, but it looked very nice on the wall when it was finished. Including the plaque, it cost me about $30 to make a nice do-it-yourself fan mount. Definitely will use one again."
