"It does not sink more than 40 ft with 200 yd lines out. I strongly recommend LEAD CORE instead of NON LEAD CORE for trolling deeper than 40ft."

"I do a lot of fishing for lake trout, pop gear and crank baits, and getting them to "swim" in the right zone is critical. Non-lead core performs just like it's cousin lead core without presenting any environmental hazards. I applaud Cabelas for stocking it!"

"Don't but this if you are looking to feel anything happening on the line. Does the job described but I was far from impressed. Wrong product for fishing most western lakes. I'll toss it as a lesson learned."

"In the description of this product on-line I compared both lead and non lead trolling line.I feel it implies that the non lead sinks faster than the regular lead line so I bought it for that reason at a premium of ten dollars more only to receive it and it actually sinks the same or slower than regular lead line. If it was a comparable price it it may be okay but I personally will just stick to the tried and true regular lead line."
