spillage. Adjustable rammer tube for applying proper wad-column pressure. Cam-operated crimp for

"The Mec 500 Jr, for 410 shotgun shells is a great piece of equipment. The reloader came with the 2 1/2" and 3" conversation kits. The only thing required to load 3" shells is the shot/powder bar for 11/16 oz loads. Recommend to all reloaders."

"What can be said... Best, most affordable and functional reloader you can buy. I shoot a lot of field + type loads for light-medium Dove, Quail loads and medium-heavy Pheasant loads and can count on a handful of recipes and ingredients to give me the ultimate shell. I have yet to try the 3" setting but will do so this fall with steel for the pretty duckies!!! Remember though, I take the shell off the 600 JR to HAND LOAD the steel shot premeasured. This method beats buying the steelmaster and when you only shoot mabey three to ten times daily, on average, at ducks then it makes sense.
Hands down my best purchase to date!
NOTE: This can get addictive, but there are plenty of support groups out there."

"I already had a MEC 9000 for 12 guage but wanted to be able to affordably shoot 28 guage for skeet. I purchased the 600 and find it easy to set up and get started, the pre-set required no adjustments, they were great for both STS and AA shells. Highly recommend for those not wanting to put out the big bucs for the larger reloaders."

"I purchased a Mec 600 Jr. 30 years ago. I used to load for all sorts of hunting as well as trap & skeet. Today it is just trap loads. I have loaded thousands of rounds with this loader and don't recall doing anything more than adjustments for various loads and a drop of oil here and there. loaded 500+ trap loads this last weekend.. Someone mentioned the "reloading experience".. I think I enjoy reloading as much as shooting, in part due to this reloader."

"This is probably the best reloader for the money, if you reload mainly 2 3/4" or 3 " shells. My first reloader and i plan keeping it, even though I'm buying the steelmaster to reload steel and 3 1/2" shells. The 3 1/2" conversion kit for the 600 jr is worthless. Your better off buying a reloader designer for it. It still gets 4 stars."

"I have relaoded several hundred shells with my Mark 5 and I am very pleased with it. It is practically foolproof. You can't remove the shell from the charging station until powder, wad, and shot have been placed in the shell. The crimping is also practically fullproof. The crimp starter rotates so that you can't make a mistake. It self aligns. One of the best purchases I ever made. Now if I only had more time to go to the trap range."
