The Forster Hand-Held Neck Turner provides extreme accuracy through consistent wall thickness around the case neck. This durable, smooth-cutting, carbide tool is precision ground with special angles and reliefs designed specifically for precise neck turning. The unique cutter approach angles allow turning up to the case shoulder for superior handload performance. The turner is easily adjusted to a half-thousandth of an inch in either direction with a marked micrometer adjustment knob.
Neck Turner Pilots are precision ground .002" to .0025" smaller than bullet diameter.
