The best extractor!,October 5, 2009
By KingRaptorfrom Gainesville, FL
"In the summer we catch alot of catfish in the Gulf, this extractor is so good I no longer have to dehook my wifes catfish. It is very easy to take apart and clean and well built. My friends and I have used many other dehookers and we all agree this is the best."

How to use,September 6, 2009
By lgistevefrom Little Gasparilla Island, Fl
"Great tool, need to learn how to use it correctly. When you clamp the tool around the leader, do not close it too tight. Slide it down the line to the bend in the hook. While lifting up on the hook, pull down with the leader and it comes out clean every time. If you squeeze too hard you will break your hook every time, so use some finesse and you'll have a tool that will service you well."

"Very good to use. At 1st you really need to figure out how to use this thing. It involves trial and error. On my part I sometimes I broke the hook while removing it from the fish."

FISH HOOK EXTRACTOR,February 23, 2009
By VALLEYFISHERMANfrom PENNSYLVANIA
"THIS SHOULD LAST A LIFETIME. IT IS MADE VERY STURDY AND WORKS WELL. WE CATCH LOTS OF LAKE TROUT WHICH ARE FRAGILE TO BEGIN WITH WHEN CAUGHT IN WATER AS DEEP AS 150'. THIS INSURES A CLEAN HARMLESS RELEASE AND GETS THEM RIGHT BACK IN THE WATER UNHARMED."

Hook Extractor,February 9, 2009
By Pondanglerfrom Hiram, GA
"Simple too use. No problems with treble hooks. For people that fish with crank baits, I would highly recommend. It's a lot easier than using your fingers to remove hooks, especially if you have a bass that won't be still."

Fish Hook Extractor,June 14, 2008
By Courtlandfrom Alberta, Canada
"Used on Northern Pike 28 inch to 42 inch. The larger ones could take a chunk of flesh from you. The extractor worked better than any other one I have tried. Excellant for toothy critters. Pike were released unharmed --- maybe a little mad."

Good product,August 21, 2007
By Runyonfrom Sugarloaf Key, FL
"I first saw them using this on T.V. on the Mad Fin shark tournament, and have been looking for it ever since. I found it at Csbelas and have purchased three for me and friends, it works great, and keeps your hands further away from the Sharks, Wahoo, Kingfish and all those toothy fish."

The problem solver,December 12, 2006
By guidemefrom Boothbay Harbor, ME
"I purchased this item a little over one year ago, and it has changed the way that I fish. I no longer have to worry about a fish swallowing my hook, bait, or lure which has led to landing more fish, and almost no pullouts. This tool is so simple to use, but the best part of all, it doesn't kill or wound the fish, even if they happen to swallow the hook, and if the fish happens to have teeth this keeps the fingers away. (Blue fish are notorious biters, but now, bring them on) This is a must have for every anglers boat, or tackle box."
