The Senator® ll has sealed, stainless steel ball bearings to make casting, free spooling, retrieving and fighting fish easier. Each model has a lightweight, black anodized-aluminum spool. Reel has a HT100 star drag system for smoothness and heavy-duty precision cut gears. Reel also has sealed sideplates to protect the drag assembly from water.

"This is a great reel. Use it for everything from Reds to Shark. It cast very well for a large reel. The drag is as good if not better then any reel ive ever used. Penn sold out to Shackespere so if you want an original Penn better get one now. smith629"
