Roller bunks,November 4, 2008
By Susquehannafrom Marietta, Pa. along the Susquehanna river
"Wow!!! What a differance they made. When the river got real low, I could hardly get my boat in without a hassle. Now, I've got to hold my boat back to prevent it from going in before I'm ready to launch."

As advertised,September 23, 2008
By HDHIIIfrom Twin Cities, MN
"The bunks were as advertised and reviewed. Solid\well built, easy to install and actually work!
These will make your shallow water loading and unloading a breeze.
I purchased the galvanized version to ensure no rust... they seem to be well coated and should last a long time."

Roller Bunks,August 2, 2008
By pumpkinwatermellonseed
"This past Saturday my girlfriend and I were at a launch during low tide. The only part of the trailer in the water was the wheels. I was able to roll my aluminum boat right off the trailer and into the bay. What a pleasure! It's also great for shallow lake launches where the dirt road you drove in on is also the launch ramp. Roll it off, roll it on, the trailer no longer needs to be completely submerged. Easy hastle free installation."

Roller bunks,June 26, 2008
By sefarkfrom Arkansas
"I have used this type of roller bunks on the trailer that I haul my duck boat on for more than 15 years. When set up properly, they make launching and trailering the boat a snap -- even in places that don't have a ramp access to deeper water. I have winched the boat onto my trailer many times even with the bunks several inches above the surface of the water. They also allow you to load your boat with your truck tires on dry ground. If you fish or hunt in back-country places where concrete boat ramps are rare, these roller bunks are an excellent tool."

Roller Bunks,May 5, 2008
By TEK987from San Clemente, CA
"I installed the "Roller Bunks" myself with no problem. I was able to remove my carpeted wood bunks and install the roller bunks on my current frame. I have an inflatable which I trailer to the ocean, and the roller bunks have allowed me to load it onto the trailer without pulling too hard on the front boat tie down. I would recommend the roller bunks to a friend."

Excellent,February 1, 2008
By Teco
"This product is ideal for launching a boat by yourself. Just like it says on box,you only have to get to water's edge to launch. When taking boat out of water you will have to keep motor in gear to keep boat from rolling off trailer. That's how good these roller bunks are."

Save yer back, arms, and hubs - get these!,October 8, 2007
By Magnusfrom Pacific Northwest
"Installed these on wood bunks. These are just what I needed. A real problem solver for heavy boats on high friction bunks. Had to float the boat before, now I don't even get the hubs wet. Installs with bolts or lag screws, neither included."

rollers work "too" good,September 4, 2007
By zachybeanfrom Arlington,TX
"Took off the old wooden bunks and installed the 5' galvanized steel bunks, pretty easy job, although i did have to adjust the brackets on the trailer because my old wooden bunks were 8' long,no big deal. The problems i had were at the launch,a fairly steep incline w/ no courtesy docks.Unloading wasn't too bad,had to release the winch about 2 feet to unhook the strap, but when it came to loading it a couple hours later, that turned out to be a little chore,I am used to driving the boat on the trailer and have it "stick" on the bunks, didn't happen with the new roller bunks, drove it up on,rolled right back down in the water, after doing this 3-4 times getting a little frustrated and embarrassed cause people were watching at the launch,I finally just drove on,left the motor running in gear and got out the bow and hooked up the strap before it could roll back off,got back in shut the motor off and finished loading.I think next time i might try leaving the trailer a little farther out of the water, that might work better,we'll see."
