"Wow were these worth the money. We had straps that were broken, and the ones that were not, took too long to tie. These have cut the time to attach our cover big time! The install was easy. Drill the hole and tap the rivet in. Very much worth the money!!"

"Having bought a Cabalas boat cover with tie down straps I found it to be a very good cover far superior to the cheap cover I had bought at a discount store, the one thing that I found annoying was that the straps had to be flipped around the trailer or be dragged in the dirt when the boat was not on the trailer. I was informed by a fishing buddy of the tie-down kit and ordered two sets, only 10 per package and I needed 14. Installation was easy and fast and putting on the boat cover is easy and fast works great the only reason this is only getting 4 stars and not 5 is the price they are "spendy". The rubber tie downs get rolled up with the cover and get stored with it not draged along the ground and risk getting run over by the trailer wheels."

"I replaced my straps/plastic clips system with these rubber straps. I'll never go back! These rubber straps take only seconds to hook up, don't leave rub marks on the boat, and snug up by themselves. I easily installed the hooks in approx. 45 minutes, and only needed a drill, a bit, and a hammer. No more broken clips, frayed straps or rub marks on my boat when I take my boat on a longer trip. I can hook these rubber straps as fast as I walk around my boat. I love this system!!"

"I recently purchased the strap type boat cover tie downs. They loosen slightly while towing and you have to stop and tighten them. I used bungee type cords on my other cover and they work better than the straps. These tie downs are the best. Period. Very easy to install. I highly recommend."
