"The parts of the kit that I used (grommet holes) worked fine. It would be nice to be able to purchase just the components one needs. I had a lot of other componets in the kit that I will never use."

"The application I wanted to apply the product was to replace a snap riveted to my boat that secured a strap to hold the windshield window in the open position. The snap does not snap tight enough for this application. Because of the strap angle, the snap will not stay snapped together."

"Easy installation of screws, though some care is required as the screws strip easily with excess force. Instructions for correct assembly of snaps not included...with multiple accessories for an assortment of uses. Required time to determine which pieces were needed for the job at hand."

"I highly recommend the canvas kit. It included the tool and all the style fastners I needed to fix my top on my boat. It really was easy to use and saved me alot of time and money as I didnt have to haul boat to canvas shop to get it fixed. And to me time is important as instead of going to canvas shop on my day off. I mananaged a fishing trip.. Great item."
